Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at the house and the location is perfect. We enjoy the pool and being a very short walk to the beach (not even 100 yards) is nice. This house is usually our top choice for visiting.

Long weekend trip

The house is really cute, very close to the beach! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We were able to bring our beagle with us and the fenced in area around the pool was very nice for him.

The”cottage” was fantastic! Plenty of room and very convenient to the beach! The pool was perfect! Joyce was very accessible and an excellent host. 5-star property!!

Spacious home with pool and easy access to the beach

This property is great for larger groups. The pool was wonderful and the beach is just right across the street! We loved the wrap around porch as well!

Location, comfort and pet friendly!

We had a beautiful, multi-generational family vacation here. The house was comfortable with a great floor plan with space for togetherness and alone time as needed. The fenced in pool was a dream as there was some bad weather and the beach wasn’t easy to access. We really appreciated the pet friendliness, and ease of the check in and check out process. We would stay again!

Lovely vacation location

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach house. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Especially loved the larger dining table to accommodate us all. The proximity from the house to the beach access was awesome! We would definitively look at staying here again.

Great House!

We had an amazing stay at this house. Check-in was simple, house was clean and perfect for the 8 of us. Two teens and two children one 11 and one 8 loves the house especially the pool. Location is perfect, great beach access and no crowds. Looking forward to booking at the same house in the future.

Nice getaway

Cute home with great pool just a short walk from the ocean. Quiet street with exception of construction (new home being built nearby). Truly enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic family vacation!

Spacious, excellently maintained home. Easy beach access and large clean pool. First floor is open and great for family time. Very cool second floor “hangout” loft for the teens. Our entire group had a wonderful time. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Great spot for an uncrowded beach

The was a great stay. The pool was wonderful each afternoon and the proximity to the beach meant I didn't have to lug everything at once. Super quiet beach because of the location. And this is it's only negative is that you have to travel a little further to get to the shops and services. Overall a wonderful place. We'll be back!

Perfect in every way!

The house was beautiful - so spacious, clean, bright and cheery, and with just about everything we needed. The pool and fenced in yard was immaculate and fabulous. Plentiful parking, quiet neighborhood, very easy walk to the beach - and the beach was clean, private, and very nice. We will definitely plan to come back again!

Great house!

Our family had a great trip. The listing is extremely accurate. Beach access is just one lot over across the street. I can tell that PDL takes great pride in caring for their properties based on the cleanliness and how well kept everything in the house was. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect stay

We traveled as a family of 4. All over 20 and 1 four legged family member. We loved this place. The house is super clean and exactly as advertised. The beach access is literally just a few steps away from you. The beach was not crowded and was so peaceful. As far as the property manager, Joyce was truly great from beginning to end. We had an amazing family vacation and are so appreciative.

Very Nice Beach House

Overall, the house was well maintained and clean, well equipped, easy beach access and great pool. There were a few areas that could be addressed such replacing the mattress in the Master suite, water pressure was a little low and the outdoor shower needs some TLC. We had a great week and would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

Perfect!!!!!!

The home is perfect Beautifully decorated and it is in an Amazing location. Our stay could not of been better. The host was so kind at check in and when the washer broke the maintenance was incredible offering to come right away to fix it Once realizing it needed to be replaced and couldn't do it until the next morning he brought us extra towels He even offered to wash our clothes at a commercial site. The pool was cleaned while we were and was wonderful to have for the kids to play in. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation!!!!!!!

The pictures represented this house very well, very clean, very colorful, nice lay out, and loved the location and the pool. Our service guy, Aaron, was prompt and polite. We had an issue with water pressure in the kitchen faucet, fixed that day! Came back to fix a hole in a piece of wood on the patio and cleaned the pool each time he came. Lovely area, easy to book, good communication, loved the house!

Lovely house with pool close to beach access

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for a non-oceanfront property and the pool was a great change of pace. The upstairs queen could use a new mattress, but would probably be fine for a single individual. All the other beds were in great shape. Kitchen was cozy, but we loved serving food through the window to family sitting outside. The kids acted as the servers. 😂

Great time

The house is really interesting, cool colors, windows all around. The beds were very comfortable, linen was good quality. The kitchen was a bit small, but worked fine for our needs. Proximity to the beach was great, just across the street. It was unseasonably cool during our stay, which caused the pool to be a bit chilly. The pool area was very nice and the pool itself was clean/well-maintained. We would stay at this property again without hesitation. Joyce was prompt and easy to work with throughout.
