This updated four bedroom, three bath beach home boasts brand new furnishings and mattresses throughout, a large screened porch, and a newly built in-ground pool! The nearest beach access is a quick walk or bike down 3rd Avenue (2 short blocks), and does not require crossing of Palm Blvd.
210 Palm Blvd is perfect for a family/group of 8, or four adult couples looking for comfortable large bedding (mattresses installed March 2024), and desire walking proximity to both the beach and popular Isle of Palms restaurant, The Boathouse At Breach Inlet. Need a break from the sun? Along the back of the home, guests will enjoy the comfort of the elevated screened porch, perfectly situated overlooking the outdoor pool below, and offering easy access to the living and kitchen space. Gas grill is conveniently located on balcony next to screened porch, allowing quick access to the open kitchen/living space. BONUS: Beautiful sunsets, and peeks of the deep-water Hamlin Creek Waterway are available from the front porch, and those rooms facing Palm Blvd.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. Wireless internet and Linens/bath towels included. No smoking, and no pets permitted. Fireplace not for guest use. (Sleeper sofa will not be available as of Jan 1, 2027)

Sweet place to Stay
This was so perfect for our girls trip! Everyone had their own room, which was so nice. Great kitchen. Wonderful location! And so enjoyed the pool and the outdoor screen patio!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The house was perfect. Everything we needed was there and everything worked. The pool was perfect, some mentioned it was dirty when they got there but that’s a given. The pool cleaner arrived the 2nd day we were there, a few hours later it had some stuff in it already it’s unavoidable but there are tools available to use. The AC worked perfect, beds were ok, definitely not hotel level but good enough to sleep on. All TVs are smart tv. Only thing was bathtub drain upstairs in the hallway was slow to drain, but no one complained about it.

Nice place, good location
The pool was our favorite aspect of the property, by far. It's a simple, small pool but new tile and artificial turf and beautiful trees and landscaping. Large home was plenty big enough for the seven of us. It's an easy walk to the beach and about a mile walk to stores and restaurants. Easy drive to places in both directions. Only negatives were the microwave did not work and took me awhile to find the garbage cans...and we had to endure Tropical Storm Debbie. Definitely recommend this property to others.

Gorgeous house
The house was really pretty and matches the listing exactly. We enjoyed the pool and the screened in porch a lot, and the short walk to the beach. The check in process was not very clear, we did not know that we needed to go to the office to check in. There were also several dirty dishes in the cabinet with food on them. We did not have enough towels, paper towels, or trash bags for the number of guests that we booked for.

Nice home and everything was clean except for the master shower upstairs. There was black mold in it and it needed a thorough cleaning. Would go back but I would prefer to not clean the shower in the future. Family also liked the house and wants to go back

Our family of four stayed for a week and it was the perfect set up for a family with a 2 year old and a six month old. Easy view of the living room from the kitchen to watch playing, a great fenced in backyard with astroturf and saltwater pool. Just a 5 min walk to the beach. The porch furniture could use some updating (one broken chair and the rug is starting to curl on the edges), but it is otherwise the ideal spot for a cup of coffee in the morning. We would absolutely stay again!

Had a great stay at this house! Newly remodeled and everything was really nice. Walk to the beach is accurate, about 4 mins. Easy walk! Even with the couple negatives below we would stay again!Couple negatives:We noticed a bad smell when we checked in. The garbage disposal was full of fish/shrimp that had started to spoil. Please alert cleaning crew.We did not receive our check in code. We called the realty company at 5:05 and they said that they had sent it a while ago which we did not. We obviously killed a lot of time that we could have spent in the house.Microwave had no power upon arrival. Island Realty responded quickly and brought a loaner down to us.Upstairs AC cannot keep up, especially during the dayThe kitchen was not as outfitted as well as previous properties we have stayed in. Some non stick skillets would be awesome!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and of size of the house. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and pool. Although the 3rd street beach access was the closest, we preferred the 5th street access which was easiest with a beach wagon and a toddler. The walk to this access was under 10 minutes. The house was very close to the "downtown" area of Isle of Palm, Sullivan Island, Mount Pleasant and Shem Creek. Perfect vacation home for us!
