This is a beautiful 2-story 1900 sq ft town house with a patio and balcony. The house is fully furnished with many amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Appliances include: Washer/Dryer, Keurig, Pots/Pans, Utensils, Dishwasher, Fridge, TVs, WiFi, Wine Openers, Cooking equipment, and more!

There are NO cameras inside the house. There are cameras at the exterior by the door/entrance, and that's it.

This spacious townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. We also provide a two car garage for parking.

First Floor:

The first floor has the patio, the entrance, the living room, kitchen, garage, and a half bathroom with a sink and toilet.

The TV is a Smart TV, and should have all the apps you need to watch your favorite television.

The kitchen has all cookware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee makers, and dining ware.

The dining table can sit up to 4 people, with additional room available on the kitchen island with barstools that are already there.



Second Floor:

The second floor has all three bedrooms. There is a big screen smart TV in the master bedroom which will have all the apps you need. The master bedroom has 1 full sized bed, and one queen sized bed. The master bath has a shower and bathtub. The master bedroom has closets and a balcony as well.



The second bedroom has a full sized bed along with a closet. There is a bathroom in the hallway with a bath tub and shower.

The third bedroom is music themed and has a full sized bed with a closet.


The second floor also has the washer/dryer, and a work station with a desk and chair.
