Dear reader, please read other reviews you can see my guests, have a wonderful time and realy enjoy. Anyway, here my R to this one M The photo above seems to suggest that these bed-like things are in front of the beach at beach level. In fact they are about 25 feet above beach level. R. you can very crearly see in the pic, the ocean is a few meters below, there´s hardly a confusion. M In addition, this area was locked most of the time except when there was a massage therapist working there. R. In the pic description it says Pic of terrace above the restaurant. Is a beautiful area, and belongs to the restaurant, they decide when to open or close. M The pool was cold R. Visiting in winter, normally water is cold. M and the ocean was dangerous. R. Open see have waves however, that has not much to do with the service I provide and we do have a livesaver ath the condo M After taking the elevator to the ground floor it was necessary to walk down twenty steps to the pool level and another twenty to the beach level from there. R. To the pool level you can get with another elevator. To the beach, yes there are stairs, normally no one wants high tides in the pool or lobby. M At the bottom of the steps there was a sign showing flag codes for swimming safety. Red flag- "don't swim".There were red flags up and down the beach for as far as I could see every day we were there. I did go in the ocean but it was very rough and I didn't stay long. The surf was very strong and there are large lava/coral rocks that are often hard to see. R. red flag is for safety, those who swim normally know how to swim. We have a livesaver at the condo anyway. M The listing said there was a kitchenette. R. It does inideed M The so-called stove was an old rusted hot plate which had one of two burners working and an electrical short. R. As soon as I knew I bought a new stove for you M Another was brought the next day. R. You let me know the 8 pm . M Shopping was difficult. There was a small convenience store across the street but the closest supermarket was a 15-20$ cab ride away.. R There's a convenience store at the condo, another 5 minutes walking, supermarket 10 minutes by bus. M There is a bus but it stops at all the hotels R Is great that stops right infront, you don't have to walk 100 mtrs M and takes longer. R takes 10 minutes, $1 usd ride. If I knew I would have reviewd you differently, you never communicated all this, you only asked for the stove...

Sharon was everyday saying how gorgeous the place was. From the first day, she found out her dental treatment was going to be 5 days shorter, so she wanted to go back home and asked for a refund (actually she was demanding for a refund, that was the ampunt for the whole 10 days stay) when she found out that was not how it worked, and already at home, she started complaining about everything, has more to do with the refund she wanted.

Ricardo, was a total pleasure to host you, thanks for staying. Love to have a guest as kind, gentle, easy going, respectful, and understanding. You know the way!! Hope to have you back anytime!!

Thanks for your comments Chris. About the towels, of course you can hire cleaning service during your stay so we can give you fresh towels daily, you only need to let us know. Kind regards

When experiencing nature, eventually nature comes along. We did take care of the bug problem immediately. As for the facilities, I would have appreciate to hear from you what you needed, instead of in a review. I've been hosting for years and every single time a guest tells me what he needs I take immediate care.
