La chambre principale et le salon offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes et son incroyable gamme de couleurs du balcon.
Depuis le balcon de la deuxième chambre, vous pouvez profiter d'une vue inoubliable sur le coucher du soleil.
Récemment rénovée, cette propriété vous fera ne jamais vouloir rentrer chez vous.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner leurs propres repas ou prendre un café le matin.

La propriété est équipée de Wifi dans tout le condo, de meubles neufs, d'appareils modernes, d'un système de sécurité complet, d'un parking souterrain accessible par un ascenseur devant votre porte, de la climatisation et de superbes douches. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin sous un même toit!

We had a great time staying at this property… the host was friendly and available to answer any questions we had. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our ten day stay, from laundry/dryer to cooking supplies. It was also clean and had great air conditioning. Amazing trip

Condo was amazing and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Wish the air conditioning in Master room worked a little better. Seemed warm in there the whole trip. But definitely would recommend condo to friends and family!

Isla Paradise

This was our 5th or 6th visit to Isla. Was by far the easiest to check in. Centrally located it was the perfect place for us!!! I look forward to our next visit and stay at Isla 33. Our host Johan was there for all our needs.

Wonderful trip to Mexico

We stayed in this rental for 3 nights in March. The location was great. It was not in the downtown area and was a little more secluded which was nice. We had a bit of a 'bad' check-in. We arrived at 4 pm on our check in day and we still had not heard from our rental property regarding how to enter our unit. We finally found a phone number and called. The unit was still being cleaned and was not ready for check in until 6 pm. After a long day of travel this was disappointing. The owner was apologetic and offered us a late check out on the tail end of our trip. The rest of our stay was great. The little restaurant was lovely. The pool was FREEZING and we were unable to swim. We didn't really use the rooftop pool. It was windy and a strange set up so we stayed away. I think all in all while it was a great trip I think there is better rental properties on this island for the price. (My daughter and her family stayed nearby us for the same price and had a beautiful house with a heated pool and tons of privacy). Would I stay again? No. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We will definitely be returning!!!

This was my first time to Isla Mujeres and I am so glad I stayed at Johanns place! The apartment was walking distance to many cafes and local restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with great amenities. We had a great time, and when we return, will definitely be staying here again!

This place is gorgeous! It was perfect for my family of 4, even my young adult children were impressed! The view was just perfect and Johan was easy to communicate with and very helpful, responded very quickly. I really can’t say enough great things about it, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

My dad and I stayed here for a quick trip to Isla. Johann was great to work with as well as all the staff at Isla 33. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back!!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Waking up to ocean breeze, watching the sunset on the rooftop deck all of this is possible when you rent this condo! The owner Johann was very plesant to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Excellent Lodging & Host

We had stayed at this property in the past. (But in another unit). The apartment met all of our expectations: it was spacious, clean, well-furnished & an excellent kitchen. Our host, Johan, was most accommodating & very personable. We all agreed that if we return to Isla Mujeres, we will stay here again.

Nice place with great views

Isla 33 is on the backside of the island and a couple of miles from downtown area. But there are restaurants close by and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The property was as advertised with a great ocean view. Johann the property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond. I would recommend this property.

Girls trip

Johann was an amazing host. He went out of his way to organize our golf cart and delivered more water when needed. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. We were in the middle of the island so not crazy crowded but you can still walk to wonderful restaurants and even a day spa. Fabulous trip!

You will not be disappointed. The property is well kept. We enjoyed our time. A good snorkeling location is about a half a mile down the road. The property is about a 10 to 15 minute golf cart ride from the Ferry. We suggest you rent the cart when leaving Ferry. Plenty of places to do that just as you leave the Ferry and go to your left. Beautiful Unit and Super Well Maintained Property

The place was super spacious and looked just like the description. It was super clean well appointed with comfortable bedding and furniture. The location is well away from the hustle of the North Beach downtown area. Which can be a good thing or bad depending on what you are looking for. Its geographical location in the center of the island is a plus in that you never have to go very far to get anywhere, although traveling by foot power would be very difficult as most everything is a mile and a half away from the condo. You will definitely need transportation to get anywhere. Taxis can take a while and the bus service does not go by the condo. The main and preferred mode of transportation is by golf cart which is super fun and puts you always out in the fresh open air. They run about 75-90 US dollars a day. There is a restaurant/sports bar on property which has nightly very chill live evening music. The road in front of the condo is super busy most of the day and late into the evening and nosey when you have the balcony sliders open. We had to shut the sliders to watch TV and sleep at night. The master bedroom side windows do not have window coverings so it stayed a bit bright during the night. This did not bottler us at all because we always travel with ear plugs and eye masks. The host Johann was on island and we happened to run into him. He is great and very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the property.

I’ve been coming to the island for many years! Since Isla 33 opened, it is always our first place to check for a rental. Perfectly located in the center of the island and just a quick golf cart ride to North Beach! Or a quick ride to the south end, CHEDURAI, or one of our favorite places for fish tacos and a cocktail “The Joint”! Under ground parking garage is definitely a plus!! Elevator is a godsend for those with bad knees that prefer not to take the stairs (like me)! View is beautiful from the apartment overlooking and hearing the crashing waves! Property is well maintained! Enjoyed the Irish restaurant/bar on the property! Live music and great mango margaritas! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again. 5

Nice stay

It was a nice conveiant stay. Clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived it was difficult to locate the apartment and when we asked the employees at the restaurant they were not helpful at all. We went up and down the building trying to locate the number of the apartment and finally located the custodian staff who directed us to it. Restaurant staff has nothing to do with the owner but wish they were more pleasant. They couldn’t even let us borrow their wifi to get in touch with the owner. Once we were setttled in the cleaning lady was just finishing up with the apartment and was quite pleasant. Overall great communication with the owner and the stay was wonderful and convenient. Not too close to the downtown area nor to the southern part of the land but just right. Will stay on another occasion.

Great Location!

Johann began communicating with us long before we arrived. He met us on site right when we arrived and was extremely responsive any time we had questions. We requested house keeping and additional water, and he was on it. The unit has a great layout, looking toward Cancun from the kitchen, and out at the Caribbean from the living room. The bedrooms are both spacious, with tons of closet space. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with most things you would need to cook for a few people. The roof top area isn’t fancy, but has an incredible view of sunset and sunrise and the whole island. There is assigned underground parking for your golf cart, which was really nice. There is also convenient parking across the street. This unit is walking distance from great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks, as well as a gym and coffee shop. In fact, there is an Irish pub on the ground floor of the property. They have live music most days, which was really fun. This won’t have impact on many people, but if you are a light sleeper like my husband, you will want to be aware that there is a road in front of the condo, and it is always busy. We loved having our bedroom sliding glass door open to hear the sea, but the road noise at night was pretty heavy.. This is no different issue than most other properties on this side of the island, but thought it is important to mention. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on Isla Mujeres!
