Maison de 4 chambres située dans un quartier résidentiel, parfaite pour les réunions de famille et les barbecues. Immense cour pour accueillir les sorties en famille. Traversez la rue jusqu'à un terrain de jeu local, un terrain de jeu et des courts de tennis. Un mile de la plage, c'est un must! Maison en duplex avec 2 grandes chambres au premier étage et 2 au niveau inférieur. Cuisine et terrasse mises à jour avec Grill pour cuisiner. Machine à café Keurig pour votre café du matin.

Girls Trip

The house was perfect for our stay. Very close to everything and the house had everything we needed. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. We LOVED this house and can't wait to go back. The AC worked great and the kitchen had coffee, ketchup and butter which I forgot to pack! LOVED OUR STAY!

Perfect get away

Location is perfect. House was clean host was very efficient and responded quickly. Plenty of parking. Great big yard. Air conditioning plenty of rooms amd the home was equipped with anything you needed on vacation. Would definitely go back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family of 5 have come to this house two summers in a row. It is clean, has all amenities, and the host Janet is fantastic. LOVE IT!

Great Location

This was a great location, a mile from the beach. They had everything you would need in a house, from coffee to utensils to Ziplock bags. Clean property and phenomenal host!

Air conditioning

The home was air conditioned but just the upstairs. The bedrooms and bath downstairs was not. We hit a week in the 90´s and it was hot downstairs. We bought 2 box fans which did help. The owner did reimburse us for the fans which was good and we left them there for the owner.

Perfect accommodations

We had a great stay! The house was lovely and as pictured. All 4 queen bed bedrooms were similarly sized and plenty spacious. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and overall the house was plenty of space for us. We were 4 girlfriends traveling together. We had no issues so we didn’t need to contact the host but she was very responsive in booking our reservation and responding to our questions. The central A/C was a welcome treat after a hot beach day. We were close to Narragansett beach, just a couple of minutes, and a less than 10 minute ride from Scarborough Beach. The house also had a small deck to enjoy dining outside but be aware this comfortably only fits 4 people. These are our very small wishes that we would’ve like to have seenin the house: Would like to have seen hangers in the closet to hang clothes. None of the closets had any hangers which made it difficult to fully unpack any hanging clothes. We would also like to have had a large pot to steam lobsters and lobster crackers. Both of these things were very minor, and overall we were extremely happy with this house!

Hurricane Henri Cancelled our Trip

Unfortunately, Hurricane Henri ripped through Narragansett knocking out power right when we were supposed to visit. Though we did not take the trip, Janet was very responsive and easy to coordinate with! We would love to rebook for next year!

Great, quiet, private location

The house is centrally located to use as a base of operations while spending time in Narragansett. The charges and fees were more extensive than any property I’ve ever stayed. I wish the rental price reflected a truer amount of cost per night.

Comfortable large house

The house is a good size. It was my husband, my 2 boys and I. We only utilized the upstairs, but there were 2 additional bedrooms and an additional fridge if needed. The beach was a walk, but it was the cleanest beach around! Note:there's a fee for the town beach so bring money or cc... we didn't... The yard was large and the kids enjoyed running around.

Excellent beach vacation home! Great proximity to the beach and home was well set up to provide sleeping arrangements for the 8 of us with ease. Great yard for games and property owner was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

I would absolutely stay here again

Staying here was very relaxing. Only one mile to Narragansett beach. The house was very clean. The deck with Grill and back yard were nice to sit out & enjoy. Also Janet was very helpful and responsive with questions.

3rd year staying at this property says it all!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. The location is fantastic - easy access to the beach. The house is always clean and well maintained. Janet, the property manager/owner, is great - she responds quickly to all messages/inquires and is always very courteous. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect location and family vacation

The house was the perfect size and in the perfect location...we walked to Narragansett beach ...about a mile...sat out on the porch, grilled and visited other beaches and restaurants....playground by for kids....great communication with the owner. Overall easy process.

Perfect Spot

This was a great location, clean and spacious for 4 adults and 3 young children. Janet was very quick with all responses and gave great food recos! The house is not walkable to beach IMO but just a couple minute drive- very easy to get to all the hot spots in town.

Enjoyable stay

The house was just as expected, the AC was a plus, and it is in a convenient location. A quick bike ride to the beach. Janet was great to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the deck. A couple of beach chairs and a small cooler were available for our use which was nice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!

Great location

The house is close to so many great things. The beach, a playground, a rail trail, and shopping. The back deck is a perfect place to hang out after a long day.

Summer getaway

The house was adorable and in walking distance to the beach and other local attractions. The house had everything we needed for the weekend from pots and pans to lots of pillows and even games. The only thing the house was missing was air conditioning or CA, but the owners plan to install that next year. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Would certainly rent again. Janet was quick to respond with any questions we had from booking to the end of our stay. It made everything easy and enjoyable.

Great location!

My family of 8 comfortably enjoyed this home. Clean, neat and uncluttered. Great location. Short drive to town beach, shops & restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Bike path & playground less than a block away. One drawback for us, we were there on some extremely humid days, a/c would have been nice, though probably not necessary on days where it's not so humid. I would recommend this home!

Very nice house and great experience!

The owner of the house was wonderful to work with. Janet was one of the few who responded promptly to our initial inquiry and all subsequent communications regarding logistics or any questions I had. This shouldn't be remarkable, but it is! Secondly, it was the perfect rental for our needs which was for just 3 nights. Most of the rentals are only available on a weekly basis. We had a family reunion and I need a nice clean, uncluttered space for my two fastidious brothers and their families and Janet's house was perfect! It's super close to the beach, supermarkets, and anything my guests might need or want. The location was a nice quiet neighborhood on a quiet street, but with easy access to major roads of travel. Our son is getting married in the fall of 2017 and I will definitely rent her house again for out of town family or friends to stay. Thank you Janet!!
