The property looks as it is advertised. Decorated in a beautiful beach theme, very clean and everything you need for a great stay. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the house was very roomy. We met a few of the neighbors, they are great people. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

The property was nice and clean. As described. However, we stayed there for a wedding and really needed to use the bathrooms. There was only enough hot water for one person to take about a 3 min shower.

Ft Myers Long Weekend Getaway

Another couple and us decided to check out Ft Myers and rented this house. It was centrally located and was very nice. Large rooms, nice baths, great kitchen and living room. We really enjoyed using this place as our home base! We would definitely come back!!

Family long weekend stay

This property was perfect for our long weekend stay. The three separate bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own personal space. The kitchen/dining had plenty of room for all of us to cook and share meals. To enter the property and the pool does require climbing stairs so that may influence who can stay at this property. Overall this met our needs perfectly

Great Waterfront House

We enjoyed this comfortable and attractive home for 11 nights. Views are fantastic. Quiet location. But the pool was so chilly (heater set to shut off at 78F) that we could not use it.

Lovely Home

Location was great. Very clean! walking distance to beach - loved the bay views. Having a pool onsite was nice too; however, temperature was chilly. also no TV in bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and a grill outside with propane. Nice neighbors too. Glad to see the area being built back up -

Fabulous getaway

Great location, great accommodations, recently renovated, perfect for our family of 4 with 18 & 20 year old children. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool was beautiful and not too hot, especially for August. Nice quiet dead end street on the south side of the island. The bay was wonderful for kayaking and seeing dolphins. Very relaxing with plenty to do. Would have been nice if the property provided beach equipment, had to rent chairs, umbrella, and cart. A cheap fishing rod and reel would have been great also (just an idea for the owner).

Could not swim in pool what was to cold. The hot water heater could not keep up with four people. The water turned cold if more than one person took a shower in two hour Period.

Nice water views and pool

Good location within walking distance to beach. Nice water views. Updated decor with beach feel. Baseboards and paint need cleaning and paint. Could use some new frying pans. Leather recliner was broken. Overall nice.

Nice little beach house

The house is as advertised, and was solid for a long weekend spring break trip for our family. We didn’t rent a car initially, but had to bc uber and Lyft are not currently reliable at all (think 45 min wait times) and essentially all the businesses in the area are either permanently closed or remodeling/rebuilding from the hurricane. Obviously, not the owners fault, but it did create a much larger additional cost and time spent seeking out restaurants, and things to do. Our boys loved fishing from the dock right out back and braved the cold pool (wife and I did not, tbey handle cold water better than we do). All in all, solid spot and I hope the area is able to rebuild back to what it was.
