Le Hollywood Hill Guest House de Woodinville est situé sur un domaine de cinq acres avec des pâturages de chaque côté. Le bungalow de 1400 pieds carrés, construit pour la première fois en 1933, a subi une vaste restauration et une nouvelle conception intérieure. Il est facile de se détendre dans le bungalow joliment aménagé.

La maison d'hôtes dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen; une belle salle de bain Jack & Jill avec une douche surdimensionnée, une baignoire et deux lavabos; un grand salon et salle à manger naturellement éclairé; une salle d'eau à côté du salon; une cuisine gastronomique; salle de petit déjeuner; et, buanderie. Chaque chambre a une vue pastorale. Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision par câble.

La grande cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée comprend un poêle à six brûleurs Viking avec four à convection, un grand réfrigérateur à portes françaises et un lave-vaisselle Bosch.

Produits de bain gratuits, cafetière Keurig, assortiment de dosettes de café, savon pour lave-vaisselle et détergent à lessive sont fournis.

Woodinville's Wine Country n'est qu'à quelques minutes de votre bungalow. Explorez les vignobles primés, les restaurants très réputés et le spa local. Vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vélo dans le quartier ou sur le sentier Burke Gilman local. Vous n'êtes qu'à 30 minutes du centre-ville de Seattle.

Incredible gem in Woodinville

This property is perfect for a couples get away in Woodinville. Close to the wineries. Beautiful quiet street. Even have a beautiful white horse living across the street that wants to come say hi. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time I come to town!

Our third stay here, and our fourth stay is booked.

We visit family in Kirkland frequently, and the Hollywood Hill Guest House is the ideal base camp for us. It's (1) convenient, (2) quiet, (3) comfortable, (4) clean, and (5) close to many excellent restaurants. And, finally, Eugene and Zita are excellent hosts. We'll be back.

Amazing place to stay while wine tasting in Woodinville!

We loved everything about this VRBO! Everything was so nice, clean, and even better than the listing pictures! Beds were comfortable and amenities provided were a surprise plus - coffee/tea/creamer, travel toothbrush etc.... Owners were friendly and responsive! The guest house was very close to all the wineries we visited!

Amazing Location and Wonderful Hosts!

We booked this cottage for attending a wedding in Woodinville and it couldn’t have been better. We were tucked away on the hill in a very serene setting, but only a five minute drive to the wedding venue. Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and even gave us a jumpstart when our battery died the day we left. The house was comfortable, well appointed clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Spring Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at Eugene’s property and it was as fabulous as before. Great location and easy access to the beyond. Excellent communication and assistance from Eugene. Great little house for cooking/BBQ, but bring basic spices!! Coffee to get you started, at the tip of your fingers.Don’t forget to say “hi” to Andy the horse across the road!

Even nicer than in photos! Perfect location too!

What a gem! We cant wait to stay here again! So close to restaurants and tasting rooms - and all of the beauty Washington has to offer! The hosts have thought of everything down to the last detail. We just wishes we had more time to spend enjoying the house and area.

An amazing home away from home

This property is one of the best vacation rentals. I travel frequently and this is one of the best. Meticulous cleaned, white bedding everything in working ordering. And when I have left personal belongings they were quick to let me know. I highly recommend this rental to my friends when they visit the Seattle area. And I look forward to my next stay.

Wine Country Wonder

The property is wonderfully equipped. I cooked two "party"meals ( roasted beef tenderloin and 16# turkey) easily. The house flows well for entertaining. All of the furnishings, including the linens are all first rate. The photos of the property are completely accurate. We are eager to stay there again!!

Nothing Missed in this beautiful home and setting!

The owners have not missed anything in order to make you stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is truly an home away from home home and we missed nothing from living there for an extended 5 week stay! This is our 4th visit to this beautiful home with a great setting. We have recommended to to patients at our daughter nearby clinic who need a very clean environment to stay. Several have taken the recommendation and have stayed here over the last 4 years. Clearly a 5 star place in all regards!!

Wonderful home that made relaxing at the end of the day a real treat!

Everything about this home was positive. From the full kitchen to the deck to watch the hot air balloons land in the morning. I would highly recommend this rental and will plan on staying here again in the future. The only items I wish would get added in the kitchen are a pizza pan and pizza cutter. Spoke with Eugene ( the owner) a few times and he addressed my questions promptly and was always pleasant. Melissa B.

We loved our quiet getaway!

This guest house was a perfect way to spend our last few days out West, after having traveled for nine days prior. Our family of four (including a 15 year old, and 11 year old) had plenty of space to spread out, relax and wind down after many days in hotels. There are various restaurants, wineries, and shops very close to the home- many of which are just a five minute drive away. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained, and had all of the amenities that anyone would need in order to make meals, do laundry, or just relax. We used the outdoor grill to make steaks and also roast marshmallows for s'mores. The kids enjoyed running around the big yard and watching the horses and rabbits near the property. Eugene and Zita were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. One evening I realized I needed some salt for our meal and in less than a minute of sending the (text) request, my son was able to pick up the salt from Zita at her house. They make you feel like family when staying at their property! All of our expectations (and then some) were met here, and we would love to stay at this home again if we are in the Seattle area. Thank you Eugene and Zita!

Beautiful pastoral property, comfortable clean cabin, & close to wine tasting!

This was our second stay here, but our first time coming during blooming season. I love that Hollywood Hills Guest House has many windows that look out over the acres of lush and green, well cared for lawn. We had plenty of room for two couples. And though my husband and I have a king size bed at home, we slept so well in the queen because it’s such a good quality. If you love to cook on vacation, the kitchen is fantastic, with its six burner gas stove and great pots and pans. Even the knives were sharp. The house has a very nice outside deck, recently built off the kitchen for sitting outside. We were here for the wineries and this guest house is close to so many of them. What’s really great is that the house is also out of the way of the new busy construction going on in town. My very favorite wineries for tasting were Mark Ryan (where you can sit outside, with heaters, if it gets too cool); Sparkman, Five Stars and DeLille. And after a day of wine tasting it was nice to come home and watch some Netflix, which they have on TV. If you have a special celebration I highly recommend eating at Russell’s. One of my favorite meals i have had in years. Also great service. (It is pricey, but so worth every penny!) We didn’t meet owners, Eugene and Zita, but they very responsive and nice when I emailed them. (Maybe next time!)

Woodinville getaway

This was our second stay at the Hollywood cottage. We love it because it's a great jumping-off point for visiting in the area. (We have family in Kirkland, about nine minutes away.) The cottage is located in a quiet, wooded area surrounded by country houses and pastures. It has a full kitchen with a six-burner stove which, perhaps, was overkill when we needed to pop some popcorn. But it got the job done.

We are both second generation filmmakers. We work and travel all over the world but choose to live in Woodinville. Originally from Hollywood, California, we have lived on the Hollywood Hill of Woodinville since 1981 and wouldn't live anywhere else.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

In 2008 we bought the horse property next door to our home. Over the next three years we did a major restoration/renovation of the bungalow on the property; the bungalow may as well be new. We applied our attention to every detail of our charming rental. This is not our second home, this is your escape to a little piece of our paradise.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Get up in the morning and walk the neighborhood, or take a walk on the Burke Gilman trail. Have coffee on the back deck or with the locals at the bottom of the hill. During the day or night, drive down the hill and find great wineries to visit and wonderful bistros to dine in. Order your meals to go and bring them back to the comfort of your home. Or, stock up at one of the local markets and enjoy staying home, cooking and relaxing. There is no other property like this on the 'Hill'.
