Within the neighborhood you will have access to a private beach w/ Mountain View’s, a river w/ swimming holes, & a walking trail that leads to a nearby waterfall. Guests can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, & other water activities right from the neighborhood beach or their own backyard. Paddle out and explore the Lake! Located on Hickory Nut Upper Lake within Lake Lure NC, this stunning home boasts spacious interiors with breathtaking 26 ft vaulted ceilings and a grand living room that will leave you in awe. With 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a lavish king bed, and an additional upstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds, as well as 2.5 bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone to indulge in comfort.

The main level patio is a true oasis, offering comfortable furniture where you can relax and unwind. It even features an outdoor queen day bed, perfect for an indulgent nap. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee watching the mallard ducks at the lake below or relaxing with the family, this patio is an idyllic setting for creating lasting memories.

Downstairs, you'll find a large living room that is perfect for entertaining. Take your pick from a game of pool, foosball, board game, or simply lounge in front of the TV for a cozy movie night. The options for entertainment are endless, ensuring that everyone in your group will find something to enjoy.

SUPs will be provided as well as floats, kayaks, and a large 6-8 person inflatable dock w/ anchor to be used as your personal floating island to explore the lake! A digital pump will be available to blow up any of the water equipment along with waterproof bags. IMPORTANT - We recommend paddling or floating out at least 50-75 yards to access the best swimming area near the home. Just put your raft, paddle board, or large floating dock into the water and go explore the Lake! :)
