🧍 Maximum of 6 persons.
🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.
🚫 No jumping or diving.
🥂 No glassware around the hot tub.
🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.
🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
❤️‍🩹 Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.

Alpine Summit exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and so beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. The front deck was perfect for my granddog Winnie to enjoy the views with us with no worries. Completing the booking was also as smooth as possible.

Normally when booking a rental in the Smokey mountains people zoom in on the view to make it look better than it is. This time the view was not only accurate but much better in person! Not to mention the rental itself looks exactly like the pictures! I absolutely love this location and I’m so thankful that such a nice place allowed me to bring my doggo who absolutely loved every minute! The porches are gated in so your dog can safely enjoy the view with you!

Wonderful Gatlinburg Retreat!

The home was beautiful with excellent views of the surrounding mountains and just a short windy drive down the mountain to the Gatlinburg main strip and close proximity to Pigeon Forge and multiple hiking trails in nearby Great Smoky Mountain National Park. A very comfortable and relaxing home with beautiful porches to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
