Welcome to Bobcat Ranch! Discover this 3-bedroom gem in Issaquah's Mirrormont Neighborhood. If you are local, this is perfect for visiting in-laws. If you are coming from out of town you will love the area and are adjacent to the Tiger Mountain State Forest which offers 13,000 acres of hiking and biking trails.

The property is a total of 2.5 acres, fully fenced and excellent for visiting dog and kid play.

With a master king bed, comfy twin beds, and a luxurious queen bed, you'll have room for up to 6 guests. The house features WiFi, a washing machine, and AC ensuring your utmost comfort.

We don't charge any additional pet fees for up to 2 dogs, this saves significant cost versus other properties. Our guests have been great about picking up after their dogs and we really appreciate that!

We had a crazy storm here in the Seattle area in Nov 2024, so we were closed for a few months as we hauled branches out and made repairs. We are so excited to welcome guests back starting in September 2025! See you soon.

Perfect for our week long stay to visit family. Tim was very helpful and made sure everything we needed was at the ranch. Our small dog loved the huge fenced in back yard.

This is by far the nicest, most dog friendly VRBO that we have stayed in. Beautiful house, deluxe kitchen, quality linens, and an incredible yard for the dogs. Tim is a great host— attentive and helpful

Awesome Stay

In the area for a family weeding and had several family members stay here. Everybody really enjoyed the property and the amenities and Tim was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely plan to stay here again for future stays in the area.

Amazing spot to relax as a family. Appreciated the accessibility features throughout the property (ramp, bars etc). Immaculately clean home with lots of space inside and out! Family weekend for thanksgiving together

This property is by far one of the best VRBO I have ever stay in. Host is so easy to work with and he thought of so many great little gestures to make our stay amazing! Home is beautiful, and pet friendly, with handicapped friendly touches for my husband. Will stay here again for sure!

Quite Weekend Getaway

We had a friends/family get together here and it was a quiet weekend in the woods. House is nicely upgraded with lot plenty of privacy. Host was great with fast communication and easy check out process. Wrap around patio and big yard was perfect for active kids. We would stay here again!

We needed a two week dog-friendly stay and this fit the bill. The house is quiet and clean with a well-stocked kitchen and nice bathrooms. The fenced in large yard was perfect for the dog.

The little extras made our week long stay superb. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay but it was the little extras that stood out; electronic plugs, dog towels, dog outdoor toys, BBQ, blankets in the living room, lantern for when we had to take the puppy potty in the dark. It was the most comfortable VRBO stay. The location was close to town & hikes. The ping pong table was a fun addition. Lots of outdoor fenced space for our dog to explore and play. The host was very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home.

Dog Heaven

We had an excellent nearly two week stay at this wonderful home. It is extremely pet friendly and a quick hop on HWY18 or into Issaquah and the surrounding area. Tim was extremely responsive and checked in on us. Clean, safe, and a great value. We will definitely be back!

Experience at the cottage!

The amenities at the cottage were perfect. A couple more chairs in the living room would be the only extra items needed for comfort. Super Host! Would stay again. Cheers!

Comfortable Home in the Forest

This home appeared newly and tastefully updated and was well equipped. It was very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. I appreciated the filtered water from the fridge and recycling available - things you don't often see at rentals. The kids loved the ping pong table in the front room! The outdoor area is surrounded by trees and a great fenced yard for our dog. This location was central in exploring areas of North Bend to Seattle. Overall I would highly recommend!

Amazing Get Away!

We had such an amazing time at this property! The area is beautiful within itself but the land is so well maintained and safe for dogs. My German Shepherd had a blast running around in the backyard and everything was safe and secure for him to actively roam as he pleased. The home itself was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed to have a 'home away from home' visit. We were greeted with an amazing basket of snacks and drinks in the fridge which was over and beyond nice. The owners were so nice and very effective with communication. I can't wait to find time to come back!

Serene and clean

Wow, From the ease of the check-in process to the cleanliness and amenities of this home, The owners really have thought of everything to make a stay in this home easy and comfortable. Besides that, this property is so beautiful. My family enjoyed watching the little bunnies that would pop out of the stunning landscape and berry bushes on the grounds. My kids really enjoyed spotting the “gnome home” outside and playing the ping pong in the front room. We will definitely be returning! :)

I grew up in the Seattle area, and graduated from University of Washington in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating I went into the US Army and traveled around, eventually settling back into the area. We have lived in Issaquah for 10 years and love the area. When I retired in 2023 we had a chance to purchase the house from the nice ladies that lived next door so we jumped at it.

Issaquah's Mirrormont neighborhood is a peaceful paradise on the edge of the Tiger Mountain forest. We are close-ish to everything in Seattle, but on the edge of the forest where you can enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

The property is 2.5 acres, fenced and landscaped naturally to match the forest vibe. About half of it is groomed for dog and kid play, the other half is left natural for exploration and quiet.
