Peaceful, rustic suite located inside a gated community, this new construction overlooks pristine Lake James and surrounding mountains. Enjoy morning views with your coffee, evening drinks from the cozy balcony, starlight at the fire pit and lazy days of swimming, picnicking, kayaking, or fishing from our private dock. Access to the community pool is just minutes away. Ask our manager for the list of nearby boat rentals to enjoy a day of fun on the water, a meal at the marina, or explore a state park on the lake. Our 1BR/1BA spacious apartment has it's own private covered entrance with onsite parking space. Relax with these features: queen bed, full kitchen, large spacuois bath, living area with work desk, balcony overlooking lake, washer and dryer, and gas grill. Shared outdoor spaces include access to firepit area, swing, glider, and lower deck of the private dock located onsite, but please NO boat docking allowed. Guests can also use to the nearby Community Pool and Picnic area with car parking.

We are conveniently located between Asheville and Charlotte, making us a perfect spot for day trips. Our area is referred to as Nature’s Playground near Pisgah National Forest, close to Linville Gorge, the Fonta Flora State Trail System, Shortoff Mountain, and Table Rock.
