You enter the home and are greeted by the inviting living room area. To your right is the kitchenette and dining area, along with the bathroom and door to the private patio. To your left, as you enter the home, are the doorways to the bedrooms. This home has a clean, modern, and cozy feel. The private patio is great for relaxing in the sun and grilling some fresh vegetables or meat from the local Carniceria.
You will have access to the back alley parking lot, which can accommodate two vehicles, as well as the casita and the private patio. (NOTE: The parking area is SHARED with guests in the front Casita.)

CASITA: This Casita is at the back of a property that also has a front house and front casita. PLEASE NOTE that with this listing, you are booking the BACK CASITA, NOT THE FRONT HOUSE. When you arrive, you`ll access the Casita via the alley behind the property. The parking area, the Casita, and the patio are just off the alley.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.
