The Space:

Stay in this mid-century modern completed in January 2019. Mojave Rosa combines rustic reclaimed desert vibes with modern style. A perfect getaway from hectic city life but with the modern-day conveniences you need and expect to relax.



Situated on 2.5 acres it is conveniently centrally located to everything you'd want to visit in the Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley area.



Need to get away and finish that screenplay, presentation or project? Use our wifi and get to work! Romantic getaway? Listen to music outside while you make a meal in our modern kitchen, watch the sunset by the firepit with some wine, then Netflix n' chill. Just want to relax by yourself? Have a cold beer, doze on the swing, then sit in the hot tub and gaze at the stars.



Whatever your adventure, make Mojave Rosa your homebase in Joshua Tree!



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire house.



The Neighborhood:

Mojave Rosa is centrally located between Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. The perfect spot to enjoy all of what the high desert has to offer.



Getting Around:

You will need a car, but rideshares and taxis are also readily available.

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: dirt roads but capable of low riding cars.

Fenced yard: Not fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: Located in front of house

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage

Just a heads up the fireplace on the side patio is currently out of service.



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour



◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address



* Pet Fee is $100 per pet

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



* Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.









◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
