This grand home is high in the hills of Yorba Linda, located in the community of Vista Bel Aire. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a serene, sophisticated neighborhood. It has 4,108 sq ft of living space on a huge lot of 2.5 acres! This home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths is elegantly furnished with all your desired amenities.

The upstairs master suite offers a sitting area with a fireplace leading to a balcony overlooking the Japanese garden, a bathroom with a jetted tub, standing shower, separate vanities, a 2 large walk in closets. There is a downstairs master suite as well. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV. There are 2 spacious living rooms, 2 dining areas, a full kitchen, an office for adults, a study and play area for the little ones, and a game room. We have an indoor arcade basketball game, a ping pong table, a foosball table and an array of board games!

The backyard of this home is phenomenal! It is vast, secluded and stunning. For your enjoyment, there is the Japanese garden and tea house, tranquil flowing waterfalls, and a sparkling, pebble tech pool and spa. The patio area is very spacious with a built-in BBQ island. There are 2 view decks overlooking the scenic mountain views with a fire pit. Truly a magnificent home that awaits you!

Our home is located in the affluent city of Yorba Linda in northeast Orange County, California. It is a 25 minute drive to Disneyland, 40 minutes to the beach and 45 minutes to Los Angeles. There are lots of eateries, hangouts and shopping at Yorba Linda Station Plaza, Yorba Ranch Village Shopping Center and Yorba Linda Town Center. You can golf at Green River Golf Club, play tennis at Brush Canyon Tennis Courts, take you children to the Bryant Ranch Park or Sycamore Park or visit The Rinks Yorba Linda Ice for hockey, figure skating or ice skating.

It's best to have a car to get around!

Heating the spa takes about 2 hours and costs about $40/day with utilities.
Heating the pool takes about 2 days and costs $350-500/day with utilities.
If you stay for more than 30 days, we will cover your utilities up to $500/month. Any amount over $500, will be an extra charge after checkout. Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
Keep all doors and garage closed at all times so mice won't come inside. We do live in the hills!

PLEASE PULL OUT TRASH BINS ON THURSDAY NIGHT.
If you forget to pull out the trash, furry friends from all over the hills will come burrow through your trash!

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
Please be considerate and courteous to the neighbors
No smoking inside or outside the premises
If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250
No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption
No parties or events allowed. Social distancing is highly advised
No pets unless approved by owners in advance
Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
