Cette maison de la Méditerranée moderne et spacieux et accueillant dans la communauté plus récente nord de Palm Springs Colony est situé dans une rue calme et juste moins d'un mile du centre-ville de Palm Springs.

Host was responsive to needs that included hot tub not functioning for half our stay, no filtered water through refrigerator for 5 days, no ice maker, and leaks in shower head. Most of these issues were resolved and we were compensated (about 15%) for the inconvenience.The house itself is large, comfortable, and just as depicted in pictures. Obviously, maintenance is spotty, but no complaints about customer service.

Nice Home for Fun Weekend with Friends

We enjoyed ourselves! However the only issues we had was with the initial check into the home. We couldn’t find the key to the gate so we contacted the host which they quickly drove over and gave us a key to use. Another thing was that there was an issue with the sink so a repairman was in the house after we checked in for maybe 15-20 minutes. Other than that, I am thankful the host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and everything provided with the house. A great place for big groups wanting a nice place to stay in Palm Springs.

Beautiful Upscale Home!

We enjoyed staying at this home, resort style feel. Communication with property managers was exceptional and they even texted us after we arrived and answered some questions. Comfortable home overall and we especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Its nicely shaded which provided cooler water even during 100+ degree weather. Kitchen was nicely stocked. We highly recommend this home in the peaceful neighborhood of Palm Springs.

Family Vacation

I stayed at this home with my family for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay! The home exceeded our expectations, the only comments I’d make is the pool size isn’t as big as appears in pictures, and the third bedroom is accessed through the front of house (there’s no inside access unfortunately), but we still had a great time! We had our own control with the pool after scheduled pool hours, which was very convenient considering the hot temperatures outside. The house was lovely and well-organized. We’re looking forward to staying again in the near future - we’re really impressed with the service and attention received!

Great house.

You advertised the house as having 3 bedrooms when in reality it only has 2. Never saw anyone from the management company. House was located in a mice community with a supermarket only a few blocks away. Would rent it again.

Hello and thank you for your review. The only time we heard from you is the day you checked in (which was the day after you reserved to start your vacation), and we never heard from you asking where the additional bedroom was. Directly to the left of the front door - is the door to the 3rd bedroom/casita. I am sorry you didn't call us to let us know you were having trouble finding the entrance to the bedroom. Again, the door is in the same space as the front door - just to the left. Hopefully, if you do stay again, you will make use of that bedroom.

Relaxing family getaway

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and, as usual, it was wonderful and very relaxing. The proximity to downtown and the airport is perfect for the varied needs of our family. The management company is great! They are super responsive and did all they could to make our experience exactly what we hoped for. The only negative is that, for three years in a row, the exterior ceiling fans (shown online) do not work. We rarely come inside so having those fans on the patios on warm afternoons would make the place nearly perfect! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation. We will be back again next year!

Beautiful luxurious property

The home was luxurious in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Entering the property was a challenge and easily remedied. The front gate key not positioned in lock box. The keypad front door was easy access. The locked casita door is positioned next to property front door and was very private. Many, many keys to various doors and garage door opener was provided. The main issue was heating the spa (we did not request pool) - we were not successful in getting it heated for the duration of our stay. Contacting Poppy during the day for the routine questions was easy, but getting the Out of Office response for after hours was disappointing. The provided binder for house hints and those provided by Poppy did not match. We enjoyed all other aspects of this house and would stay again, once we were assured other issues have been addressed.

Perfect family getaway in Palm Springs

This house is perfect for a group of 4 or 6 who want to have their own space but come together for dinners, pool time, games etc. We had 5 adults and one toddler in the house and never felt crowded. The house is easily accessible for seniors, both my parents felt very comfortable here. It’s quiet day and night, in a well lit neighborhood, and close to everything PS has to offer - 45 min to Joshua Tree or Salton Sea, 5 min walk to Albertson’s grocery, most restaurants / shopping / spas / museums, hikes etc. are 10 min drive away. Beautiful view of the San Jacinto mountains from the pool and master bedroom. AC worked well and house was consistently comfortable despite the heat. There is a garage for your car if you have one which was nice. Host responsiveness is fantastic! I could text if I had a question or issue and they responded within 30 min each time. We didn’t really have any issues that impacted our stay, and there is a guidebook with FAQs about the pool, hot tub, trash and recycling disposal, and checkout instructions. Highly recommend a stay here if you want a relaxing time in Palm Springs, we can’t wait to come back!

Nice sized property - service was disappointing

Overall condition of property and cleanliness left something to be desired. Very spacious living area and master bedroom. Pool was filthy when we arrived. Got it cleaned on second day. On fourth day regular pool service cleaned again followed in 30 minutes by landscapers who blew all the clippings back into the pool. Made several request to have the pool cleaned and was finally told we would have to pay $45 for the extra cleaning or clean it ourselves with the dilapidated pool net. Really wanted to enjoy the private pool but was not able to. Considering the over several thousand dollars we spent on the property, our expectation was the pool would be cleaned. House is older and starting to show some wear.

Great stay in Palm Springs - **1 King, 2 Queens**

This property is hosted by Poppy, and cross-listed on VRBO. The communication with the management company was thorough, they invited me to use the DACK app, which shared lots of helpful information about the property. The pictures don't do justice for how large the space is, which is exactly what I was looking for! There were 6 adults in our party, two of whom were well over 6 feet tall, so space was my most important requirement. The property is beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean. The management is available for questions, though it can be a bit confusing about how the preferred communication should happen (DACK app, texting from different phone numbers, VRBO, etc). When I had a question about check out I called the number that left me a voicemail on the day of check in and got through immediately. Myself and my partner, and our friend and his partner both needed King beds (6'4" and 6'8"), so when I was searching for properties I found this gem that advertised two kings and 1 queen. Unfortunately we discovered after arrival that the casita had a queen instead of a king, and it was too late to alter our trip. Many others looking at the property may be totally happy with two queens and a king, but it was a tough sleeping situation for our party. The master suite is particularly beautiful, with a whole separate living/seating area, walk-shower and closet, and a walk out to the pool area. Local amenities are just a few blocks walk away, including a grocery store, dining and coffee (Starbucks). Aside from the mislabeling of the bed sizes, the property is overall beautiful and would recommend for those parties for which those arrangements would make sense.

We feel in love with the space as soon as we walked in. Great location with plenty of easy to access restaurants/shops plus a very secure and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the entire house was clean and well accommodating.

The house was great, lots of room. The location was great close to everything. Would have liked the weather to be a little warmer, but that is mother nature. On the flight path of the airport, but that was not a problem. We would rent this place again in the future.

Family friendly done right!

We had such a great time in this house! Very clean and updated. Enjoyed for once not having a mid century modern, it was more cozy and kid friendly (in a good way). We didn’t have to make any sacrifices in style brining our toddler along. Great pool and accommodations. Close to town. Would definitely book again!
