The Space:
Upon entering this stunning home, the main level opens to an inviting living room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table that seats 8 and a massive marble island with seating for 5 on barstools.

Continuing down the hallway, you'll find a shared full bathroom and guest bedroom number 1 with 2 comfortable queen beds. To the right, you'll discover bedroom number 2 with a luxurious king bed, while to the left, bedroom number 3 includes another spacious king bed with its own ensuite full bathroom.

As you descend the stairs, the right side of the lower level features bedroom number 4, complete with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a huge walk-in shower. To the left, a second living area awaits with games like putt-putt, darts, mini foosball, and more.
Bedroom number 5 boasts another king bed, while a shared full bath with a stand-up shower is available for all guests. In the recreational area, three comfortable queen-over-queen bunks provide ample sleeping arrangements, while a pool table and ping-pong table provide entertainment for all ages.
The kiddos can even enjoy a teepee with a fake campfire setup and toys for an added adventure.
The exterior of this stunning property is just as impressive as the interior. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a spacious parking area, perfect for accommodating all your guests. And if that wasn't enough, the outdoor oasis boasts a large inground pool with plenty of loungers, umbrellas, a dining table, and sun shade. You'll also find a huge propane grill with ample storage and space for the ultimate summer BBQ. For those who enjoy staying active, there's even a volleyball and pickleball court on site. This property truly has it all, making it the perfect vacation destination.

Guest Access:
You will be sent a code two days prior to arrival. Parking is right at the house.

The Neighborhood:
We reside in a residential community and kindly request everyone to be mindful of noise levels and adhere to house rules. Please avoid parking in others' driveways, blocking driveways or parking on the grass. Ensure that the number of cars aligns with the suggested maximum. We also appreciate your cooperation in refraining from hosting parties and keeping music at a lower volume after 9 pm. Thank you for your understanding!

Getting Around:
Family neighborhood. Home is at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. Parking is available at the home. No street parking allowed. Parking for 8 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
*The pool is typically open from May 15 -Sept. for the enjoyment of your family or group. Hot tub is open year round. No children should be unattended near hot tub or pool at any time for safety reasons.

Pets: *We are pleased to offer a dog friendly property for our guests but the property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property.

We are pet friendly; however, we have a pet fee of $125 PER pet, PER stay. We allow up to 2 pets. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend(s). Please DO NOT use our linens/towels for your pets, nor allow them on the beds/furniture. Bring your own crate and leash and we ask you supervise your pet(s) at all times while outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation as it allows us to continue to provide a pet-friendly retreat for future guests!

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
