Guest access
The entire main house and pool house are exclusively yours for an uninterrupted stay—relax, unwind, and truly make yourself at home 🏠. There are three locked owners closets in the laundry room, the master bedroom and the pool house.

Ample parking is available in the driveway, as well as a an overflow lot on the far end of the property.

Access to the house is through the back door with a keyless entry smart lock. A unique access code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival.

Less than 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants, outdoor activities, and more in Bellport Village! Just three houses from the water and a short ferry ride to Ho-Hum beach on Fire Island (weekdays only during the summer season).

• Smith Point County Park (11.7 miles, 20 min): Closest beach with public parking.

We have three pre-arrival requirements that must be completed before you will receive your check-in instructions. A secure link to enter this information will be provided upon confirmation of your booking:
1. ID Verification: Please provide an approved government issued ID.
2. Refundable Security Deposit: We will place a $1,500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card the day before you arrive to cover any accidental property damage that may occur. That hold will be released shortly after you check out.
3. Rental Agreement: Please eSign our rental agreement. This covers any additional property specific information.
