This home features an open living room, dining area, and kitchen, complemented by a large deck offering wonderful Vail mountain views and a convenient gas grill. The well-appointed kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. Ideal for large families, the dining table accommodates 12. Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for everyone, with the spacious primary bedroom also featuring a fireplace for added comfort. Great outdoor deck space, with 3 of the 4 bedrooms enjoying private balconies and a secluded patio surrounded by trees is where you can enjoy the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking outdoors.

1 - Enter through the spacious garage to a mud-room to change out of your ski gear, then walk in the bunk room featuring 4 twin bunks, and a 3/4 bathroom with shower.
On the second level is the living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen, dining table, hot tub, and deck. (note: no sleeper sofa)
2 - A half-level up is a King bedroom with TV, full en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony.
3 - On the third floor is the Primary King bedroom, with a gas fireplace, TV, balcony, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a glass shower.
4 - A half-level up from that is another King bedroom, TV, balcony, and a full en-suite bathroom.
NOTE: The other side of the duplex is separate and not a part of this rental. (you share a driveway, but have a private garage.)
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening windows upstairs and downstairs to create an updraft cools the house pretty quickly.
