Beautiful Home Nestled On 2 Acres Near Cox Medical Center & Branson Landing
The Branson Birdhouse is a beautiful, recently renovated 4 bedroom home sitting on almost 2 acers of beautifully wooded hillside only 10 minutes from Cox Medical Center. Sit out on one of the two spacious decks and listen to the nearby stream or enjoy a night out at Branson landing only five minutes away. The Branson strip is a short fifteen minute drive as well and offers loads of fun and entertainment.
You will feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. There is a warm country home feel with all the modern amenities you are used to having, like high-speed internet and wi-fi and Roku televisions located in every bedroom! The two decks allow you to fully enjoy the scenic surroundings while watching deer, chipmunks and of course, lots and lots of song birds.
With over 2,800 sq. feet, you will have plenty of room to spread out over the 2 separate floors. There are 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and donât forget the dedicated work area located in the walkout basement. The master bedroom has a king size bed and huge walk in shower with two heads. One for a handheld sprayer and another for the biggest raindrop shower you have ever seen! The second and third upstairs bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and their own Roku televisions. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs in the walkout basement and has its own bathroom. The walkout basement also boasts a large sitting room with a sofa and chairs and a dedicated work area for those times when work has to be done at home. The washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first floor.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals. All you need to do is bring the food. Everything else is there: refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking and eating utensils. You will also find basic cooking needs like salt, pepper, oil, sugar and basic spices.
Blink security cameras are used on the exterior of the home ONLY. This is both to keep our beautiful home safe when it is vacant and for your safety and security as well. Rest assured, no cameras are installed inside the residence. Not only is it illegal, it is a down right horrible thing to do.

There aren't many properties where you can hide away in a quiet woodland setting, surrounded by trees and songbirds and still be within 10 minutes of practically every amenity you would want to get to. We picked this location because it is the best of both worlds. We hope you enjoy it.
