Fisherman, you will enjoy the fishing here on Lake Taney Como. There is room to park your boat and trailer. The boat launch is not far in front of the house. All boat docks are private and unfortunately, we do not own one. You are not allowed to tie up to any of the docks. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy the screened-in porch with lots of furniture and a table to play games on. Make sure to bring your flashlight so you can see the deer graze at night in the yard. There are so many shows to see in Branson that it would be hard to list just a few. The kids would love Silver Dollar City, the water park, and the aquarium. There are animal parks, bumper cars, and boats. You can play miniature golf or go to Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake. Or, just sit back in the recliners and turn on the electric fire place for a romantic evening.

Quiet and Peaceful

Overall great experience staying here. We enjoyed the somewhat out of the way area but still only a quick drive into Branson. Easy to get to the convention center from the house.

Remote and peaceful

Nice clean home. Well kept. Bathrooms are small but that is the only thing that was hard to get used to. Gravel path to front door is downhill and a little tricky. Overall a really nice place to stay. Saw deer in the backyard every day we were there.

Wildlife Heaven!

We absolutely loved it here! We saw deer every night while sitting on the screened in patio which was very nice! We also saw a fox the first night running around. Super quiet neighborhood, short walk to the boat ramp. Very nice home!

Clean and comfortable

The property was nice and clean. Worked for what we needed. The bathrooms are a bit cramped but it worked for us. The yard was a bit overgrown so when the kids played out there 1 evening they came in covered in bugs and some ticks, immediately had to get in the bath. There is a cute little woodchuck that lives under the deck and we saw deer every day down there. The boat launch is tiny and my husband couldn't get out far enough from the launch to fish so that was unfortunate, if we'd had a boat it would have been ok but had hoped to fish from the bank. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and it's a well loved home. If you're a group of family like we all were and are bringing a small boat it's great

Fantastic Quiet Stay

Absolutely one of the best family vacation houses we have stayed in. The porch, deer, quite neighborhood, large driveway, hot water, great wifi, kitchen and beds were all fitting to our family needs. The house was just as described and we were very happy and comfortable for the week! Phil answered the few questions we had very quickly and we had absolutely no troubles! Would definitely recommend!!!!

A nice relaxing property

We brought our kids and grandkids to Branson were very busy it was a nice place to come home to we had deer and a family of fox that entertained us every afternoon and morning would definitely stay again

There was plenty of room in the house. We watched a movie at the house. The best part of the stay was watching the deer in the yard and the many beautiful deer we saw traveling back and forth to town.

Not the great

The house has a very musty smell. The kitchen faucet was very loose. The burners were not level. There were only 2 dishwasher pods so we only had water to use the day was left. The master bedroom mattress was not comfortable. We paid too much money for this property.

Great home

Super nice home. Updated and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Nice dock. We caught about 12 trout right behind the house. We will definitely come back. Recommend doing golf cart tour of The Top of the Rock.

Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was nice just sitting on the screened porch watching the deer and boaters. Kids had a big field to play in. It was also convenient to have the boat ramp close by to launch our boat and enjoy some fishing as well.

Overall good two minor things

Overall we enjoyed our stay.The house was cute and perfect for the size of our group.Nice beds, sheets, and towels.We absolutely LOVED the screened in porch!Sat out on the porch nightly, drinking a couple of drinks,conversing,watching boats drive by,and watching the deer. Issues. First was as soon as we got there we started making dinner. Went to light the grill and nothing.Out of propane.Contact the owner and explain what’s going on.He said he would refund me for the price of the tank to get a new one.Great problem solved went and exchanged the next day.Perfect. The stove we ended up cooking on in the kitchen worked but the metal grates didn’t fit correctly so the pans sat angled making it a little difficult to cook burgers on.Oh well we didn’t plan on using the stove much so I didn’t find it to much a bother.Second issue.I did not contact the owner over this one because we found things to correct the problem. Whoever the owner has cleaning for them they might want to look into hiring someone new or having a conversation with them.The floors…they had been swept but I couldn’t even guess the last time they were mopped!Our socks/feet were literally BLACK from walking in the house.We did find a mop, vinegar, and fabuloso. We mopped the floors three times with clean water mixture ever time before our feet stopped turning colors. I don’t blame the owner fully for this but they need to have a serious conversation with the cleaners or else someone else may cause a bad issue.

It's a quiet place to relax!

The boat ramp is small and overgrown. Even if you put your boat in you'd have to take it out, because there is no dock to tie it to. BYOW water in the house has a bad oder and taste. I don't know know if it's a city problem or just the house. Just bring plenty with you. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. We had to wash everything by hand before we used them. Even the items we washed in the dishwasher had to be washed by hand. Don't stay in the heat of the summer, if you like a cold place. The AC unit is a 3 ton for a 5 ton house. Another return vent or upgrade of the AC unit is needed. It was almost 100 degrees outside and the coolest it would go inside is 74 degrees. Now knowing these issues, I would stay there again, because it's a very peaceful place. Watching the deer in the morning and evening was great! It's relaxing and enjoyable sitting on the back porch and doing nothing!!

Yearly family retreat

Great Property! Quiet, tranquil, relaxing, just what we were looking for. Yearly get together with family, guys went fishing every day, wives sit on the screen porch and sip Mimosas and enjoy time together. The inside of the property was flawless, clean, and had everything needed. Deer walk thru the yard showing off their fawns every morning and evening. It was GREAT!
