Each space has been curated to maximize your comfort and stocked full of amenities to make your vacation special. In the living and dining spaces, conversation can flow freely courtesy of the open concept floor plan. The living room features sofa seating and a smart TV, a cozy space to relax during downtime in the morning or evening hours. Come together for meals at the dining room table with seating for 4, prepared in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware necessary for preparing homecooked meals should you so choose. When you’re ready for a little more of that fresh Ozark air, a shaded patio offers an additional dining table and chairs for evening cocktails or meals al fresco.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, both with single vanities and shower/tub combos.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit – no stairs.

- Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles – first come, first serve. Please note that this property does not offer parking for RVs/boats.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
