Fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).
For private jets, there is an executive airport only six miles from Quivira.

Transportation Options:

Taxi: Authorized airport taxis are available just outside the arrivals hall. The journey to Quivira takes approximately 45 minutes.

Exit the airport and follow signs for Cabo San Lucas via Carretera Transpeninsular/Mexico 1.
Continue on Mexico 1 for about 35 km.

1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Beautiful Comfortable Home

The condo is located in a great secure neighborhood with easy access to amenities. great view, very comfortable bed, quality linens plenty of towels, very clean and easy to access. Property manager was very responsive for all our needs.Having a condo with a kitchen, it’s important to have a stove that has directions on how to use it. We were unable to turn on the oven. Also there was no toaster even though the amenties online said there was one. Also the coffee pot is extremely small for this condo. We were disappointed that a discount was not provided for returning guests. This was our 2nd time renting this unit, most will do this for repeat guests. Also, for this visit, we had requested an early departure of 2 days due to a medical emergency and it was not honored, even though we provided all the medical information as to why. No reason was given for not honoring this request.
