"Zen" est un magnifique condo d'une chambre situé dans l'enclave fermée de Porto Cupecoy, sur l'île caribéenne de Saint Maarten, avec vue sur le lagon de Simpson Bay et le port de plaisance de Porto Cupecoy. Il s’agit d’un superbe appartement de luxe avec 95 mètres carrés (1020 pieds carrés) d’espace intérieur et une ouverture sur 70 mètres carrés (750 pieds carrés) d’espace extérieur. Profitez de la terrasse et de la terrasse privées avec piscine privée tout en sirotant votre cocktail préféré. Porto Cupecoy est une marina luxueuse de style méditerranéen avec des boutiques, des restaurants, une magnifique piscine, un tennis et une salle de sport, une capacité d'accueil de bateaux, un supermarché, un guichet automatique et un service de sécurité 24h / 24. La plage est directement accessible à pied, en face du port de plaisance, ainsi que de l’ensemble du nouveau Blue Mall avec ses nombreuses boutiques exclusives. Le centre animé de Maho avec ses casinos, son parcours de golf de 18 trous et son aéroport se trouvent également à quelques minutes. Spacious one bedroom

It was a great unit with great complex that had it all from a grocery store to 5 different restaurants to choose from. Great pool and workout facility.

Wonderful place!

The condo was great and had all necessary items. Clean, air conditioned, well furnished. Nice tub for kids. Washer/dryer. Parking a few steps from condo. Nice outdoor space with private plunge pool. The location is fantastic - close to amazing Baia Rouge and Mullet Bay, both great beach spots for families with young kids. There is a really nice market located in Porto Cupecoy (the nicest market we found on the island) with lots of organic produce options. There is movie night in the Porto Cupecoy square and lots of restaurant options within walking distance.

Amazing Condo

We spent 10 amazing days at Porto Cupecoy. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen has everything you could want and more. We didn't do any cooking but if you prefer to stay in and eat you will have everything you'll need to fix your meals with. There's so many great places to eat at on the island. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the complex is gated which makes it nice. They have 4 or 5 restaurants on the premises and a nice grocery store to get anything you want and need. The added bonus was definitely having the outside private pool and patio area. Ravi and Ophelie were great to work with. Ravi was very quick to respond to questions and concerns from the moment we booked. Ophelie met us upon arrival and made sure we found the unit and she was very prompt when we were checking out. We've stayed on the island the past two years in Simpson Bay and decided to try a different location. I'm so glad we did. We were minutes away from the airport & Mullet Bay Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Very close to Maho which has several restaurants and shops. We felt very safe around the area. Other close beach bars/restaurants by the airport are the Sunset Inn and Driftwood which are fun to hang out at watching the planes come in and leave. We were closer to the French border so driving to Grand Case and Orient Bay Beach were not too far. The island is very easy to get around on. You definitely need to rent a car to see everything but if you decided not too Cupecoy Beach is right across the street and Mullet Bay Beach is within walking distance. Make sure you go to Fat Tony's for their pulled pork! It's delicious and the owner is from Colorado. I would definitely recommend renting this condo and staying at Porto Cupecoy. It's a beautiful place and you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Ravi and Ophelie. We hope to be back again in the future!!

Great centrally located vacation digs. High-end.

Modern and clean. One of the few with its own plunge pool right on the deck. Great location in Cupecoy in terms of getting anywhere on the island, with a grocery store, bakery, & restaraunts right in the Marina downstairs. Owner Ranu was great to work with in getiting our rental set up and manager Ophelie was prompt in getting us keys and settled in. We hope to be back here soon.

We loved it! As a couple and a 7 year-old, this property was perfect.

The shallow private pool on the balcony offered hours of morning and evening entertainment for the child where we could easily keep an eye on her. We appreciated the convenience of the shared large pool, secure parking, on-site grocery store and restaurants within the complex. However, we found the restaurants to have mediocre food that was overpriced with a mixed experience with service. Ranu & Ravi were very responsive to questions and requests before and during our stay, as was the on-site property manager. The location on the island was great, with easy access by car to the airport and lots of great beaches.

Ravi was very attentive to any queries that we had. The unit was just as it appeared in the listing and was very well equipped. We enjoyed having our own pool to have a refreshing dip in the morning before deciding where we would spend the day. Would not hesitate to rent again! A very pleasant experience all around!

Wonderful days and nights on the Dutch side

What a wonderful condo to spend five nights at. While we didn't spend any time at the pool on the patio (very windy during our time), we definitely made use of the kitchen and laundry facilities (the dryer door handle was broken but if you grabbed it right it worked and instructions for the washer? not needed, it was in English on the knobs!). The space is open and friendly and, as the title says, very Zen. Loved the large tub! The property is well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary equipment in all rooms. The wifi was great and the owner made sure we were told about checkin/checkout (which was a breeze). Best part, in my opinion, it's within walking distance to Cupecoy Beach (and Danny's great chicken and ribs and rum punches), Blue Mall, great restaurants and shopping in the plaza, as well as movie nights (when it's not raining!). It's a walk, but really not that far to Mullet Bay too. I wouldn't say renting a car is a necessity, but it does help. The taxis, however, are incredibly helpful and kind. We found one while at Sunset that also is a tour guide and will take you around and show you the "real" Island. Thank you for renting your unit to us. We have no hesitation about coming back for our next trip to the Dutch side of the Island :)

A very nice apartment, but a little secluded for our taste. We had to use our car very often.

The property was very nicely furnished, but we felt it could have been cleaner. There were globs of hair in the sofa and in the bedroom, behind the bed. Linens were worn and the pillows were old and stained as well as smelled bad. The washing machine didn't have clear instructions about use and the dryer'S handle was broken. For the amount of money charged for a week, these items should definitely be improved. The owner was very helpful with specific instructions about the unit.

Excellent condo

Condo is very clean, well maintained, own pool is so nice, local beach is very close. Detail description is very helpful, location is so nice. Market is in the property, it is very convenient. We really enjoyed, we would like to back St martin soon!

All of the comforts of home!

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The place was fabulous, beautifully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed meals on the patio and the private pool! We plan to make this a regular visit. The complex was very convenient with a beautiful pool and a well equipped fitness center. Loved Porto Cupecoy!

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully designed and private apartment. Everything one could need is at hand including towels and plenty of bedding. Plus it is a real luxury to have the private plunge pool and terrace available The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a supermarket and restaurants within the complex and lovely gardens and communal pool available. The owners were very helpful and kept in contact regularly. Thank you very much

Excellent vacation location

Porto Cupecoy is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation with restaurants, beaches, shopping all within walking distance. Ravi and Ranu have planned their rental condo to have every convenience you will need for the perfect home away from home including gracious, courteous hosts!

Tranquil Oasis in St. Maarten!

This apartment and Porto Cupecoy was everything I was looking for: clean, walking distance to everything and unpretentious luxury. The apartment is a gem! The photos don't do it justice! Beyond the basics (warm water, cold AC, quiet neighbors, functional appliances, fast wifi, soft towels, comfortable bed) the apartment itself is beautiful! The artwork makes you feel like you're in an art gallery. The decorative lamps and accents complement the space which draws from natural colors & elements. It's modern without being sterile. Lovely! The owners are conscientious. They made me aware of events at the Marina that might interest me & touched base to make sure everything was ok throughout my entire stay. They provided beach towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and even L'Occitane soaps. Wow! The kitchen was well appointed. I only made a simple breakfast each day, but one could easily make a full dinner using all techniques...except grilling. And there is no shortage of utensils and dishes. Paper towels and coffee filters were provided! (wow) My only (minor) suggestion is that it would be nice if there were some salt & pepper available. However, it's a quick walk to the grocery store for essentials you may have forgotten while cooking a masterpiece. There are several restaurants at the Marina that all serve different cuisine. So you don't really have to cook unless you want to. I did not rent a car, but it was easy to get a taxi to explore other parts of the island. But to be honest, there were two full days I didn't even leave the apartment! It's a perfect place for the solo traveler or a couple looking for a relaxing retreat. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Property and Owners

Our 12th Christmas and New Year's in St. Maarten, our first time staying on Dutch side and Porto Cupecoy and what an experience!! The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It's just as the pictures showcase it. It's comfortable and you will feel right at home, at least we did. Having the half bath was a plus, along with double vanity in the master bath. Washer and dryer was very convenient. And the kitchen! What can I say about the kitchen??? Fully equipped - I cooked Christmas dinner for 7 people and had not issue with cookware, serving pieces, etc. No issues with internet or TV. Lastly, my husband and I have back issues and usually have issues with the mattress, even in the best hotels. No issues with bed in this unit, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on, including our own!!! The owners were the best to deal with -- answered all my questions beforehand and quick with responses while we were in the unit. Porto Cupecoy is a wonderful location, restaurants, grocery all within walking distance. Many activities throughout the week in the square. The complex is well maintained and secure. We absolutely loved it!!!! and will be going back.

Very clean and modern home. A real home away from home.

This home is in a great location. It is near restaurants, shoping, and groceries. Very safe, secure, and great for going on long walks along the beautiful yachts.
