Expected more at this price point
This condo is very nice. Its in a nice area and the location was good. The condo was extremely clean. The patio furniture was comfortable and had lots of seating. The furniture in the condo was comfortable including the beds. Its very large and spacious. So why only 3 stars? We were given no access to the laundry room and there was no television available. These were a VERY big deal for us and we took off 2 stars for those. Yes, after we got there we saw both of those listed in the information section. We overlooked it when booking. However when you pay this much r a two week stay you expect to have these things. The owner gives you access only to streaming apps on the TV. But they are not usable unless you sign into your own account. We were only able to sign into Netflix because all the others dont let you sign in outside of your country of origin. Im surprised we got into Netflix because we have never been able to on other islands.We like to stay in condos to have access to laundry. Im really not sure why the owner chooses not to allow access but it was a big miss. We tried to use the electric grill. This tripped the electricwe lost power in most of the condo. You think that's an easy fix, just reset the breaker, 10 seconds. But no, the electrical panel is locked in the laundry room. We had to wait for Norbert to come over. Luckily he was available and didn't take too long to get there. The swimming pool is green. It does not look as nice as it does in the pictures.
