DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Your family of six will be more than comfortable in this exquisite, upscale beach condominium. A large living area is perfect for relaxing with an ocean view, and adjoins both a private balcony and a fully supplied kitchen. Three bedrooms and two full baths provide plenty of space for a week or more at the beach. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the latest in stainless appliances...dishes, silverware, and cookware are included. There are linens, towels, and a private washer / dryer for your convenience. Your reservation will include a complimentary starter supply of detergents and toiletries.

Your unit will be directly accessible from your parking space with a dedicated walkway from the third parking level. How convenient you will find this as you load and unload without the need of an elevator. Lower levels of parking will be covered, and are available to every guest staying at Waters Edge.

We've made beach days easy for parents with user-friendly access that features minimal stairs and a dedicated rinse station to keep the sand outside. When you aren't at the shore, the kids can splash in our two sparkling pools (one is even heated from October through March) while you fire up the grill in our spacious tropical gardens. You're also just minutes away from Okaloosa Island's best family fun. Take a short trip to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park to see the dolphins, catch a sunset at the Okaloosa Island Pier, or let the kids run wild at Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. With the kid-friendly dining and shops of The Boardwalk right nearby, everything you need for a stress-free vacation is right at your fingertips.

Parking: Skip the hassle of searching for a spot or worrying about the Florida sun. We provide ample covered parking in our multi-level garage with a direct access to the first, third, and fourth floors. Up to 3 parking spaces are available for this unit.

Food: Keeping the vacation pantry stocked is a breeze. A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For full grocery hauls, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe and Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

PROVISIONS
• Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• No Pets Allowed
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
