We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Nestled in a secure, family-friendly neighborhood, this delightful home is just steps from the Ralston Creek Trail, a scenic 12-mile path linking to top-rated parks and historic sites. You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

From classic arcade games to next-gen consoles, this home is designed for shared moments. In the private movie theater, sink into reclining sofas before a 75-inch Smart TV for immersive film nights. The game room brims with favorites like Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and vintage pinball. Nearby, a swinging chair and board games offer a slower rhythm for cozy afternoons. Children can discover the KidzKorner, a playful nook with books, bean bags, and plush toys, or head outside to the playground for a breath of fresh air.

Outdoor living
Step through the sliding doors into your private backyard oasis. A 10-person spa pool bubbles gently beside the fire pit and patio, creating the perfect setting for stargazing or conversation. The outdoor dining area and BBQ grill invite long meals under open skies, while the vintage record player and sound system set the mood for relaxed evenings.

Work & wellness
For those blending rest with productivity, the home includes two bright, dedicated workspaces equipped with monitors and high-speed WiFi. When it’s time to move, head to the home gym with its punching bag, weights, rowing machine, and yoga mats. Scenic walking and biking trails nearby make it easy to recharge outdoors.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept kitchen is ready for every occasion, from quick breakfasts to family feasts. Fully equipped with essentials like a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker, it offers ample counter space for group cooking. The dining table seats twelve comfortably, and outdoor dining by the grill makes mealtimes even more memorable.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and space for up to thirteen guests, the layout ensures both comfort and flexibility. Upstairs, four private bedrooms feature soft linens, extra blankets, and room-darkening shades. Downstairs, twin XL Murphy beds provide a versatile sleeping setup, separated by curtains for privacy. A bonus air mattress is available when needed.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms and one half bath make it easy for everyone to prepare for the day. The master ensuite includes a large vanity, while another full bath features a tub. The lower-level bathroom offers a recently renovated walk-in shower. Bathroom essentials such as towels, shampoo, and soap are provided.

Kid & baby-friendly touches
Families will find thoughtful conveniences throughout - a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, corner guards, and children’s dinnerware. With books, toys, and games included, little travelers can settle in right away.

Neighborhood
Set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood near the Ralston Creek Trail, the home offers quick access to parks, lakes, and Olde Town Arvada’s dining and shops. Major attractions like Downtown Denver, Golden, and Red Rocks Amphitheater are just a short drive away, making exploration effortless.

Whether you’re planning a family gathering, a weekend of fun, or a productive retreat, this space offers everything you need for comfort, play, and relaxation.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
