The Chateau Condominium complex boasts fifteen condos with a swimming pool, tiki picnic area, and lounging deck right on the beach! It is located in a high-end residential area, which means a low crime rate. Belleair Beach is an affluent community - a small town, with quiet beaches and a peaceful feel, but just minutes from the nightlife of Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg Beach. This location is the best of both worlds! You will love this unit and Belleair Beach! The only thing to do at Chateau is relax! No clubs or theme areas. Clearwater Beach is a short 10-minute drive. There is even a Little Free Library across the street!
