Belleair Beach Club 215 offers a dazzling waterfront view and is just steps from the sugary white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Infused with a coastal cottage vibe, Jeff and Gina's signature style shines throughout this gem. Tucked in the coast just two miles south of world-famous Clearwater Beach, the complex is a couple steps from the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf in the laidback secluded shoreline of Belleair Beach. Belleair Beach Club also boasts a beachfront pool with a spacious sundeck, lounge chairs, and 2 BBQ grills. Our calendar fills up fast, so be sure and book right away!

This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
Dog Size Limit: Only one (1) dog allowed up to 75 pounds. Larger dogs will be considered by breed. Please inquire.

Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid.
Rules While On Property:
Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
All dog walks must take defecate off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and past away from the property.
Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Lovely stay on the Beach

The location is wonderful: Quiet residential area with a beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets every evening. The condo needs some ceiling repairs. The shower faucet was difficult to adjust to regulate the temperature of the water. It was well stocked and overall nice. There is no trolley stop in Belleair Beach, so a car or use of Uber is necessary. The owners were responsive to our needs.

Perfect size and location for us!!

We loved, loved, loved, this space! It was perfect for coming to visit family who live close by. The views, the stocked kitchen, the fact that we could bring our two little dog daughters made for a wonderful time. The bed was super comfy, I appreciate the large size refrigerator for drinks and larger shower than most units as well. We would really love to have seen umbrellas at the pool to relax under.Maybe soon? Ten stars!! We will book again for certain.

It was all good. Property was clean and someone there everyday to check on things, pool, grills etc. The sliding door to the balcany needs work or replaced. Very hard to close. Toilet needs attention runs all the time, have to jiggle the handle multiple times ro get to sstop.

Perfect Paradise

Wish the weather would have been a little warmer but the condo was ready and clean on arrival. The space is small but very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and loved having the window in the bedroom to look out at the ocean.I love that the property is pet friendly as those are getting harder to find. Owners were wonderful and very responsive to text. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to vacation with Jeff and Gina again.

I was only disappointed in the dune of sand on the beach which is there to prevent erosion. Just was different from any of the other times I visited. Really was not a problem at all.

Confusing rules, tv is Roku, not cable. Hard to contact owners and management company. No response for days. Doorwall flooded during rain. If we were not there, would have flooded condo. Ho-hum response from management. Very small, no more than two people.

On the water

Very clean, small space perfect for 2. Good location. Beach view is beautiful! This condo is fully stocked with pretty much anything you’ll need. The only constructive criticism I have is about the kitchen. I read in another review (and I also agree) the amount of dishes, glasses, & silverware is unnecessary. This place is ideal for 2 people, the fact that there are 26 wine glasses, 23 butter knives, 23 dinner plates, bowls, drinking glasses, spoons, forks, bowls, shot glasses, etc, seems to be a huge waste of space that tenets can use for storing their own groceries. Don’t get me wrong, the number of small appliances and other cookware is great, we did all the cooking for 6 days, with the appliances provided. The excess serving ware just seems wasteful, there is no dishwasher and no where to really let dishes pile up, so for two people, half the amount of it is plenty, and would provide much needed storage in the small kitchen. The owners were great with communication, everything went so smooth. If you read the entire listing you will find it to be pretty thorough, it will answer all your questions. This is a wonderful small retreat for 2 people. Sunsets are beautiful.

Disappointed Stay

I really feel I should be transparent about this property. pictures are deceiving..it is very small more like an efficiency. Only two burner cooktop which was difficult to cook on, You can not put two pots on the burners at the same time. There was absolutely no room for you to put anything on the counter. Not one cabinet available to put any of your items in. It actually had two large drawers in the kitchen filled with silver wear, Its a two person condo why would you need a silver wear set for twenty people and 20 coffee cups and pots and pans to feed an army. Just not set up properly for the renter to make you feel comfortable The one hall closet was full with stuff too so that was not useable. It was decorated nicely and a great view of the beach,..but be aware the beach is closed due to rebuilding the dunes. So we were not notified until the day before leaving..surely not enough time to find another place. The noise was horrible with the bulldozers ...certainly not peaceful. We were offer a 30 percent discount...we should have been refunded more because the maintenance told us that they knew of this a week prior and we could have found another place possibly. Who wants to stay on a beachfront condo and not even be able to use the beach which you paid for.
