Great vacation stay!

We loved our stay at this VRBO. We had one initial issue at the beginning with the hot water, but Mark was on top of it and got a plumber out for us and had it fixed immediatly. The outdoor space is great for family and kids!

Spring Break

The communication with the property manager was great. They were very accommodating. The property was as advertised with lots of activities for our kids in the backyard. A few small issues which is always expected but the management team always answered questions in a timely manner and stood behind their promises. Would definitely stay at the property again. The location within Scottsdale was awesome and close to great shopping and restaurants.

Outdoor Oasis

The outdoor of this property is an oasis. We spent a lot of time playing basketball with our kids and swimming. The mini golf course was great as well. If I had to critique the house it would be the furniture in the living room. Not enough seats and not comfortable. Also they need one more bigger pot to cook in. Other than that the hoise is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not what it seems

Rented this property for my family and my best friend’s family for a warm up trip. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned properly and while the host sent cleaners the first day, this negatively impacted our stay there. The hot tub was also a particularly important reason we selected this property and paid the extra 150 per day pool heating fee only to find that the pool was not heated and the hot tub had to be turned on by messaging the host. Half of the days we were there we were not able to use the hot tub. Would not recommend renting.

Not as described

This house was an absolute disaster. The entire house was filthy. The floors were so dirty, the dishes were not clean, there was a used flosser on the floor of the hallway. The baseboards in the master bath under the sink are not attached and fall off if you bump them. The paint and doors and baseboards are all in horrible shape. The beds are terrible, although there is plenty of sheets and blankets. The pool table had no chalk for the ques. We asked for some and they sent us white chalkboard chalk. There were no balls for the foosball table, they sent us some. The dart board did not work, they sent us one on the last day but we didn’t put it together. If you want the hot tub on you have to send a message through VRBO and they will turn it on, once it hits 90 degrees it automatically shuts off. We had to message them multiple times a day. This is the same for the waterfall, if you want it on you have to message through VRBO and it only stays on for a bit. The pool was filthy and had no cleaner in it. The gas fireplace outside does not work. There is no garage door opener. We asked multiple times to be moved to a different location but were told that this is their only rental. This was the worst rental I can imagine.
