Situated right in the heart of McCormick Ranch, close to great shopping, dining, and night life. The location of this recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ideal for a holiday in Scottsdale. The community borders over 10 miles of walking and biking trails as well as being 5 mins away from McCormick Ranch golf course, Silverado golf course, and Talking Stick golf course.  Easy freeway access to the 101 allows you to get anywhere in the valley in short order.  
FLOOR PLAN: The home's floor plan is ideal with a large central gathering area which provides for perfect indoor-outdoor living including the large kitchen with island and outdoor breakfast bar with a sliding window connecting it to the kitchen which borders the great room and overlooks the entertainment/tv room. The entire home has been remodeled with high-end finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
KITCHEN: Kitchen has everything any group will need to enjoy their culinary enjoyments including stove/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, double sinks, eating bar, microwave, coffee maker, juicer.
BEDROOM #1 DESCRIPTION:
Main bedroom has a brand new Tuft and Needle king sized mattress, two closets, large dresser and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a den area that has been converted into a home office for those that want to work from their home away from home. Patio doors open to the backyard and is steps from the hot tub.
BEDROOM #2 DESCRIPTION:
This inviting room contains one king bed and a lovely view of the pool
BEDROOM #3 DESCRIPTION:
This space contains one twin bed, and one double bed with plenty of room for activities. It also features a walk-in closet.

the modular sectional couch in the living room area can be configured into a king sized bed equivalent, or two twin sized beds. Extra bedding for this option available
PRIVATE BACKYARD: The backyard includes a heated pool (heat optional for fee), huge custom hot tub/spa, and a beautiful built-in BBQ and mini outdoor kitchen counter set up. Beautiful outdoor furnishings and an outdoor dining table area perfect for sunset dining or morning breakfasts and coffee.
The Pool:
This pool is amazing. Brand new custom designed pool, infinity edge hot tub/spa, grotto with bench, waterslide!, and baja shelf which is perfect for the little ones (9" deep), or for just lounging about and soaking up the sun. Gas fire feature with sitting area compliments this amazing pool and back yard.
WALKING DISTANCE: The home is only a short walk to Paseo Village Shopping Center with restaurants and shopping anchored by a large Starbucks walk-in coffee house and restaurants including the VIG Eatery and New York Bagels & pizza, and LA Fitness gym. A short walk will get you to Butter's Breakfast House, Village Coffee Roastery cafe, Zipps Sports Bar, Chipotle, and various other restaurants
PARKING: There is plenty of parking in the driveway, and on the street in the cul-de-sac.

* Quiet hours after 9 p.m. are strictly enforced. Please respect my neighbors.
* Booking canceled with at least 30 days before arrival are subject to a 10% cancelation penalty fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 30 days before arrival will not receive any refund without exception.
* Standard rates include up to 6 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 6 will incur an additional occupancy charge of $25 per person, per night.
*as per local law, short term vacation rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children)
*as per local law, this residence is not to be used for non-residential purposes. It shall not be used for any corporate purposes, large parties, weddings, etc

We are a young family of four from Calgary Alberta.  We fell in love with Scottsdale and the McCormick Ranch area back in 2013 when we bought our first vacation property.  We have loved coming down here for the last 7+ years for quick getaways to escape the cold of the Canadian winter.  We even like to come down once a year in the summer to experience that 110° heat!  This is truly our second home and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do

This house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a pool that is only rivaled by pools at muli-million dollar houses!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Location.  We are a short walk to so many amenities like Walgreens, The Vig, Starbucks, LA Fitness, a post office, NY pizza and bagels, sandwich shop, Qwik Chinese (delicious).  Then a 5 min drive gets you to Target, Home Depot, and too many restaurants to list!
Salt River Fields where spring training is played, is only a 5 min drive as well. You could even walk!
