Enjoy this newly Updated, Spacious First Floor Condo located on the beach. You have private beach access and a beautiful Heated Pool also on the Beach. Features include a Custom White Kitchen with Granite tops, Tile and Stainless appliances. Relax at the large eating Bar or around the new Dinette. The Living room boasts a new 55" TV and lots of room for relaxing. The Private Primary Bedroom has a Luxury bath with New White Marble top vanity and Gorgeous Oversize Tile and Glass Shower, TV, and Walk-in closet which houses the Washer and Dryer as well. The Second bedroom can be set up as 2 Twin Beds OR a King Bed. The living room and primary bedroom have sliders to a screened in Lanai complete with table and chairs for early morning coffee or evening sunsets, with door to the Beach. Beach Cart, large umbrella, cabana, and Chairs are included. Enjoy the amazing beaches of Anna Maria Island and all the restaurants and shopping this destination has to offer. A Free Trolley runs the distance of this 7 mile island.

The Island is 100% running after the storms in the fall.

Michele’s place was perfect for our family of four. My husband and I and our two sons stayed for a week, and it was the beach vacation we all needed. The location was perfect, the space was clean and spacious enough for the four of us, and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. Despite some miscommunication at check in, Michele was very quick to respond and make things right. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Amazing!

This place is the perfect location for a visit to Anna Maria Island. It's within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, and many more. The condo is well stocked inside, as well as providing chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the beach. The owner is quick with communication. While you are there, I would recommend a daily visit to Graze Street AMI. The coffee is amazing! I would also highly recommend one of the tours with Florida Blue Adventures. The guides are very personable and knowledgeable. We were able to see manatee and dolphins. The trolley is a great way to enjoy the entire island without having to try to find a parking spot. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful experience.

All we could ask for. Clean, modern, 1st floor unit that is literally steps from the beach and sunsets. Private, quiet location yet within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Spotless pool and grounds. Michele was great to work with. Would love to be able to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little vacation spot!!!!

Michele went above and beyond to get her unit ready after the devastating hurricanes in the fall. The unit is nicely decorated, the layout is perfect, all you need is supplied, all sorts of parking and the view!!!! We will be back again, probably sooner than expected just because the family and I loved it so much!Thank you for everything! All the best,

Nice Beach Property

Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the condo, the owner, the location. Perfect for 2-4 people, walk right out to the beach. Well furnished. Clean. No damage from hurricane. However, the complex has a "Karen" issue. The only other occupants that week (of 10 condos) were owners, and they went out of their way to to make us feel unwelcome. We were on vacation with 4 other families of 8th grade boys, all rented places nearby. Not crazy partiers; just a bunch of 14 year old boys. The first night they got in the pool after sunset. The owner came down and told our kids they can't be in the water after dark. We didn't know the rule, so the boys got out; our bad. The next day, the kids were in the pool in middle of the day, with nobody else in the pool area, and the owners once again inserted themselves into our vacation. The kids were being supervised by my wife and I, but the owners kept coming downstairs, looking around, and eventually took PICTURES of our kids from their condo and complained about them being in the pool, saying it's for renters and owners only. That felt harrassing to me, and completely unneccesary. There wasn't another person in that pool the entire week. Again, the property itself is fine, but the people who live there are extremely overbearing and take their self-appointed role of "pool police" way too seriously. We'll choose a different location next time.

Location Location

Loved this place! It was clean and the decor was lovely. The beach right outside the lanai, and the beach wagon was very nice too. It is very close to everything, restaurants, shopping.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love Anna Maria Island for its laid back, old Florida Vibe. I chose this location for its central proximity to restaurants, shopping and the short 50 foot walk to the private beach access. I also like being part of a small condo building (Only 10 Units) with our own heated pool.
