Modern A-FRAME cabin in the Ozark Mountains with amazing views!

MODERN 3 STORY A-FRAME Cabin located in the Ozark Mountains with a seasonal overlooking White River. There is 8 balconies, 1 wooden deck and a private sundeck. The cabin is 7 minutes to the city park, 15 minutes to Fayetteville AR and 25 minutes to Devils Den State Park where there is family/couple attractions, bike/walking trails & so much more.

***A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended to get up the steep gravel driveway.***

The space
All the rooms have their own private balcony with individual heating and air conditioner.
There is an open space for the dining, living room and kitchen area. There
is a grill on the sundeck, a table with an umbrella and 6 chairs for your dinner gatherings.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a private wooded deck, and also a luxurious bathtub to embrace your self-care.

The 2nd floor has 2 rooms, one bathroom and 4 balconies. One of the bedroom is with a king size bed. The second room is a quite place with a desk and sofa that makes into a bed for 1 persona.
The 3rd floor has 4 balconies and 2 small rooms; one with a sofa bed that fits one person to relax and the next room has two single beds. Please note: children are not allowed on balconies or on the third floor without an adult's supervision VERY STEEPY STAIRWAYS ON THE UPPER FLOOR.

Guest access
All guests have access to everything in the house.

Other things to note
Please NO PETS ALLOWED. (Services dogs are ok with an authorization)

UNPAVED DRIVEWAY in good condition. ***A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended to get up the gravel driveway. ***

This is a beautiful cabin outside the city and we have some limitations: water is from a well and not drinkable so if you rent the house for more than two days, the check in person will be there to make sure you have enough water. The guest is always notified in advance when the check -in person arrivals.

Please be gentle flushing toilet paper, we are in a septic tank.

We are in the woods, please bring a lot mosquito repellent.
