Great congregating place for a family to host their college kids for a sports weekend. It looks like it would be beautiful for a fall football weekend.
Cabin like feel in the city made a perfect and convenient stay for us! The layout of the house was fun and there was a little something for everyone in the family.
What a wonderful property. It feels like you were in a remote area, but you are within minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. Jennifer is a wonderful host and is very responsive with questions. I will definitely stay here again.
We made our trip all about relaxing, so we didnât leave the house much, and it was great! Very well taken care of, and Jennifer was very prompt in her communications. Hot tub and fire pit were awesome! Only thing is I wish there were rugs lmao. The whole place is hard wood or tile and thereâs no rugs. But picking though, cuz it was gorgeous! Also Iâm not sure, but i think theyâre razorback fans.
The perfect place for our family to stay when we travel to Arkansas!
We have stayed at this property twice in the last few years, whenever we want to go visit our Arkansas family. We rode tripped all the way from Washington State to get here, and it is such a wonderful retreat. My two boys, 12 and 15, absolutely love the pond and the catch and release fishing. We have seen turtles, frogs, Lots of fish and all sorts of cool birds. It's so convenient being in town, yet it feels like you are at a cabin in the woods! I loved watching the fireflies at night, since we don't have those at home. We enjoyed inviting family over from around town to hang out on the deck in the evenings. This place has everything we need for a comfortable stay. And the kids love having their own rooms! Hot tub was clean and a lovely respite at the end of the long days of traveling and visiting. I think my favorite thing, though, was waking up each morning to the beautiful trees out the large windows, where we would watch birds and even a bunny that came by a few times.
Our family attends a Longhorns football game every year and this house was PERFECT for our first SEC experience! We hosted friends for supper our first night & the house had everything we would want / almost as good as being at home! The host was super easy to communicate with! Everything was only about 15 minutes away making it a great location for our weekend trip! The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of cheering our Longhorns on to victory!!!
Very unique house that is situated close to everything you want to visit. The house is located at the entrance of a very nice quiet neighborhood. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable was supplied. The privacy in the hot tub area was not as expected but other than that wonderful experience.
This cabin is literally a diamond in the rough!! With the beautiful trees surrounding it, you would have no idea that it is in town. Gorgeous house inside and out! We absolutely loved our trip and knowing when we got back from our running around, we got to sit and relax. It was so calming and peaceful! If we are ever back in AR, we will definitely be staying at this cabin again!!
Absolutely loved our stay, very comfortable and everything we would need was already there. Just like home. The pictures are great but in person so much better. One whole side of the home with huge windows floor to ceiling looking at nature⊠little bunny rabbits and squirrels in the morning, the bullfrogs singing in the pond at night, just fun and peaceful. Host Jennifer is fantastic, we will return next year!
My husband and I stayed here with our college student and two of her friends. There were plenty of beds for everyone. It is a wonderful home that feels secluded, but it's just right outside of town. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings having coffee and watching the fish in the pond. The owner was VERY responsive to any messages we sent and was very kind. Our whole group loved staying here and will be staying again for future visits to Fayetteville. Highly recommended!
The stay was great and we enjoyed it. I believe I left a black hoodie and I am having trouble trying to find a way to communicate with the property manager about it. 214-542-7206 is my number.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Fayetteville! My husband has family nearby and the location couldnât have been better. Having traveled by car all the way from eastern Washington state with our 10 & 13 year old boys, we were ready to settle in after the long journeyâŠthe deck and hot tub were just what we needed. There was enough space to entertain a few family members and we were close to restaurants and stores, yet it felt secluded in the trees. The kids kept busy exploring the pond and catching and releasing fish and frogs- they absolutely loved it. The host was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend!
I love to travel and I love peace and quiet when traveling. I've found hotels are just too noisy and busy for my taste. As I traveled, I began staying at VRBOs in the US and abroad. I found the amenities really varied from property to property. I strive hard to include everything you need during your stay and a few extras. I love meeting new people and sharing my home with them. Due to Covid-19, I'm not meeting guests currently but i'm only a phone call or a text away should you need anything during your stay. I also enjoy making recommendations on things to do in Northwest Arkansas.
I have admired this property with its footbridge over the pond for years. In late 2019, I happened to drive by on the way to a friend's house and saw a for sale by owner sign in front of the property. I immediately called the owner and arranged to see the property. It had been a dental office for years and most recently a yoga studio. I considered continuing to use it as an office complex, however after seeing the inside and sitting on the front porch I knew I had to make it into a one of a kind home. I'm so happy to share this unique home with others who appreciate nature but want to be close to everything.
