The cabin was a perfect fit in price, location, size, amenities and hosts. Three sisters ages 79, 81, and 88. We loved the secluded feel, but only a few minutes from town. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed the cabin immensely-although the weather didn't cooperate the cabin was as comfortable as can be. I am a NWA native and this spot is a great location for getting to Fay-Spr-Rog.Very well equipped, stocked, clean and Leslie is great!
Our go to place when we visit daughter at UARK- Itâs perfect!
This is the second time we stayed at the property. We came back again because we absolutely loved it there. The location is perfect 10-15 mins from the campus and the area is beautiful! The cabin was the perfect size for 4 adults- had everything we needed. The front porch was a great place to hang out in the morning before we headed out for the day and also and night when we returned. I am hoping it will be available the next time we come up for a visit.
We traveled to Fayetteville to visit our daughter, she is a UARK student and we spent the weekend at this beautiful cabin in the perfect location, perfect environment and perfect weather. We arrived Friday and the cabin was ready for us, very cute and super clean. We found everything we needed, my husband and my two daughters had a great time, my husband cooked a great meal, thanks for having the grill at the beautiful backyard!
We really had a great weekend and we hope to go back to ponderosa pas soon.
We had an excellent stay. Everything was in order and ready to go when we arrived. We wish it was available for more weekend stays through football season.
Beautiful country view and easy access to everything around Fayetteville- host was excellent, clean and quaint cabin w everything.
We enjoyed the serene setting and quiet neighborhood- beautiful views from front deck and escape from busy world.
The cabin was perfect for my son and I. We wanted to attend a few minor league baseball games in town and the cabin was a short drive away from the ballpark.
This cabin was spot on for us. Minutes from downtown.
Cozy, Comfortable, (PEACEFUL), and relaxing.
10 out of 5 stars.
If you are in the area, skip the hotel.
Definitely will be back.
Quiet, peaceful: crickets at night, birdsong in the morning
The Cabin was just the refuge my wife and I needed while we dealt with family business. Except when traffic is exceptionally heavy the Cabin is a true 8 minutes from Tontitown and Sunset Highway (Hwy 412) into Springdale. Lots of eateries; we favored Las Palmas. There is a small yard, and every morning wild birds were feeding in the grass -- goldfinches, sparrows, robins, and a couple of times we saw a Blue Grosbeak. Squirrels and bunnies come out of the woods just above the property. The host was efficient and timely when messaged, and all in all it was a lovely stay. The only caution might be: This is a small place. If you have five kids and two dogs it's probably not going to end well! But for two to four people it is a lovely place to stay, and I will almost certainly be back.
Talk about a sweet, peaceful, cozy, soulful cabin!
Incredibly maintained, cozy, comfortable, warm and great location for our purposes. Loving & kind owners & property managers. Highly recommend. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!
This was an absolutely lovely cabin in a spot that was beautifully rural, but also with easy access to main highways. It had everything we could possibly need, was decorated beautifully, and was extremely comfortable in every way. Definitely five stars! I hope to stay there again!
We came to Fayetteville for the World Championship Squirrel Cook-off in Springdale. This awesome cabin had everything we could have needed and more. Very clean and comfortable with a great yard for the kids to play in. The location was quiet and private and extremely peaceful. The front porch was very relaxing in the evenings. Perfect central location between the fish and game center and the many great breweries that we came to enjoy. We'll definitely return to this cabin the next time we come to the area.
We stayed two nights while visiting our son for the weekend! It was a cozy little cabin far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful! It was close enough to town that it didnât take long to get anywhere you needed to go! Hosts were available even though we didnât have any issues. It is small. We used the twin beds to spread out our luggage and slept in the main bedroom! Perfect for two people!
My name is Leslie, and I live in Kansas City with my husband and two children. We own and run a restaurant in downtown KC. In our free time, we enjoy adventuring together and being outside!
Ponderosa Pas is actually my parents' cabin! Their property (The Ponderosa) was built for their retirement together, in order to be closer to kids and grandkids, and enjoy the beautiful land. They acquired Pas during the process of building and moving to Arkansas. I've always had an interest in running a vacation rental due to my love of travel, and truly think NWA is an underrated gem for nature and culture! Volia' - location, property, and interest, and here we are! We hope you love it!
The biggest benefit of all, during your stay here, is the central location of Ponderosa Pas! Visiting or attending something at The University of Arkansas? It is just 15 minutes from the cabin! Want to head north to Crystal Bridges? A quick 20 minute drive has you at the doors of a state of the art museum! Beaver lake, and a variety of natural trails all within easy and quick access during your stay at our cabin. Not to mention the view right outside! Please enjoy.
