As you approach our chalet, you'll be greeted by the serene beauty of the surrounding trees. The chalet's exterior is charming and inviting, with a spacious deck that offers stunning views of the lush forest and the slopes of Sunday River. Whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening, the deck is the perfect spot to soak in the natural beauty that surrounds you.
The yard surrounding the chalet is well-maintained and spacious, making it ideal for a variety of outdoor activities. From playing yard games with friends and family to simply lounging in the sunshine, the yard provides a peaceful retreat just steps away from the chalet's door. Take some "Laps" in the Swim spa swimming against the current then rejuvenate the muscles in the attached hot tub.

Step inside our chalet and you'll find comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people. With cozy beds and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploration, you'll feel right at home in our chalet. The modern amenities, including air conditioning and gas fireplaces, ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, no matter the season.
The living spaces within the chalet are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether you're cozying up by the fireplace with a good book or gathering with loved ones for a movie night, the chalet's interior is a welcoming space for making memories..

Treetop Retreat offers 2 levels of outdoor space. The first being the upper deck where you can enjoy outdoor dinning with sunset views over the mountain or relax in one of the Adirondack chairs with a cocktail. The lower deck features a comfy sitting area with a gas fire place looking out over the highlight of Treetop Retreat, the luxurious Swim Spa, a 20ft long pool/hot tub combo sunken in a wrap around deck open year round!. The "swim" section of the pool spa offers a great plunge pool option or turn on the jets and get a relaxing workout by swimming against the current. The attached spa is a comfortable 6 person jetted hot tub. Imagine spending your evenings under the stars, the bubbling water providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Not only does the hot tub offer a peaceful oasis, but the entire lower deck offers a 2nd outdoor space to sit and relax.

The surrounding area is also a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Nearby hiking trails beckon you to explore the natural beauty of Maine, while Sunday River provides opportunities for skiing and other outdoor adventures just a short distance away. Miles of both single track and lift service mountain bike trails are less that 20 minutes away in Bethel and MT Abram resort.

The main floor features the two king bedrooms, one being the master suite with spectacular views of the mountain. The lower features the two bunk rooms and a full bath.
