We'd love to have you at our peaceful retreat in the woods! The cabin has everything needed for a lovely get away from daily life or recovery from a long day on the slopes, trails or shops around Ellicotville.

You can spend all day in the great outdoors on the paver patio fireplace, rocking on the covered front porch or enjoying a large grilled family meal on the back deck.

The house offers a semi open floor plan that effortlessly flows from kitchen (with basic cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, fridge, stove and microwave) to living room and large dining area that features a huge comfy couch, table large enough for everyone and plenty of board games, puzzles and TV with Dish network. The fun can continue onto the open loft with a pool table, arcade game system, large scrabble and TV. All can be enjoyed while overlooking the wooded landscape through a huge picture window!

The first floor hosts the living space in addition to one bedroom with a queen bed with large windows where you can wake up to a full view of the forest. The main floor full bathroom has a tub/shower and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and towels. The lower level contains a bedroom with a queen bed and full window. The third bedroom hosts a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. A fully renovated bathroom on the lower level has a rustic tile walk in shower and tongue and groove pine throughout.

Please note the home offers wireless internet through satellite. Speeds don't support streaming on multiple devices. Cell phone service may also be limited, depending on providers. This offers even more of an excuse to unplug and unwind!
