Very cozy cabin with everything you will need for a great stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was sparkling clean. Very peaceful property with a big private lot. We would stay again.

Awesome

We stayed from Florida because the kids wanted to see snow and this cabin did not disappoint! Very peaceful and quiet but yet still close enough to drive to activities.

Perfect Fall Weekend

Once again, my wife and I choose to stay here for the beauty and the comfort of the cabin. We were fortunate enough to stay on an amazing fall weekend. The sunset view and the stars were magnificent and Sharon is always so helpful.

Cabin was charming, clean & comfortable. Well water quality was excellent. Ceiling fans and window shades kept rooms confortable even with outside temps in the mid-80's. Will definitely look to stay again next year if we return for family reunions.

Perfect getaway in the woods.

The property was in a great location, its in a quiet, secluded area and a short drive to multiple towns or great hiking locations. My wife and I enjoyed the sunsets in the clearing and waking up to coffee and birds singing on the front porch in the morning. It was very relaxing. The cabin is beautiful and sits perfectly on the property. Sharon was a great host and we will be back to enjoy this cozy cabin.

Cozy and quiet

This was our second visit to this beautiful property, during a dance competition weekend with a venue in the area. With the noise and chaos of the event, it was wonderful to return to this cabin and enjoy the front porch and listen to the birds. Communication is excellent, it's always clean, and comfortable.

Quiet clean cabin in the hills

Beautiful little cabin up on a hill. Good kitchen to prepare meals. Plenty of room in the yard for lawn games, and they had the yard ready to go with plenty of firewood and a gas grill. Peaceful all of the time. Great front porch too!The owners were very responsive and helpful. Great location. Would love to visit this cabin again.

Peace and Quiet

Amazing property. It is secluded and incredibly quiet. The only sounds are birds and the occasional airplane overhead. Well decorated with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. My kids loved the yard games and play area for kids with creative games. Its a short drive to local eateries. Easy drive to Letchworth state park and the Eternal flame which are must sees if you're in the area. Only wish we stayed longer! Thanks Sharon for your communication and sharing the cabin. Loved the photo albums showing the creation of this place. Let us know if you ever decide to sell!!! Highly recommend for couples, families or getaways.

A lovely weekend stay

We loved this property! We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of our lives in the city and this place offered an amazing respite. Our only hiccup was that the wood burning stove inside the cabin needed to be cleaned so we weren’t able to use it on our stay. Worth asking before hand if that’s something you specifically wanted access to, like it was for us. The house was communicative and the space was clean!

Beautiful

This was my very first VRBO experience. The check in was easy, the property was immaculately clean and beautiful. The area was quiet enough to sit on the porch and listen to the birds. Very little traffic. The owner was wonderfully communicative and was quick to respond to my question, and left us wonderful welcome note and treats. My only regret is we didn't have time to stay longer. If we are ever in the area again, I will definitely choose to return to this cabin. Just a beautiful experience.

Amazing hospitality

This is by far the best and sweetest place we have stayed yet through a vacation rental booking. The accommodations were perfect for our family, but what made it the best was the consideration that Sharon has for her guests. The home was clean and neat, with everything that we needed, without being cluttered. The property is beautiful and private. We were asked before hand what ages our children were and there was so many of their favorite things for them to play with when we arrived. It was so unexpected and so perfect. Thank you for a taste of home away from home.

Wonderful Stay

We went for the eclipse, the clouds rolled in, but this property did not disappoint. It is by far the cleanest rental in which we've stayed (14 in the last 7 years). It's charming, comfortable, and well appointed. No dishwasher, which is irrelevant to our group, but with plenty of appliances (a popcorn popper!), utensils, etc. to prepare just about any meal. There's lots to see and do from 20 minutes to within an hour or so. The land is so beautiful, as is the view and the stars - the day before the eclipse was as clear as a bell. It's one of those places where we couldn't hear any noise of civilization. In 4 days, we saw/heard 6 vehicles pass by. We even saw a fisher! The owner Sharon is easy to communicate with and super nice. I am keeping this rental on my list of "go again". Thank you, Sharon, for a great stay!

Beautiful spot to relax!

We loved the cabin and hated to leave. Everything we possibly could have needed was there. Appreciated the s’more ingredients, coffee, H2O and creamer left for us. Definitely will book again in the future!
