Loon Landing offers an open concept with large windows over looking the lake. The kitchen boasts everything that a true chef could need including state of the art appliances, butcher block counter tops, farmhouse sink, and all the essentials you would need to make a 5-course dinner.
This chalet style house is a mirror image house with two well appointed bedrooms on each side of the house as well as two bathrooms on each side connected in between with a bathtub/shower.
The property includes a 30' dock, 2 kayaks, and paddle board for you to enjoy on the water.
Benoit Lake is 256 acres with a max depth of 41 feet. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye. The boat landing is less then a 1/4 mile from Loon Landing on Clearview Rd.
Winter activities at Loon Landing include ice fishing, snowmobiling, ice skating, cross country skiing and sledding to name a few. There is direct access to local snowmobile trails giving you hundreds of miles of fun.
