Private family log cabin on 3 acres in the beautiful Northwoods Voyagers Village perfect for families, couples, or getaway weekends. You get IT ALL with this rental!! Only 1.5 hours form the Twin Cities!
Fully renovated log cabin on wooded property PLUS access community resort amenities including indoor pool, fitness, sauna, tennis courts, bocce courts, lakes, piers, beaches with beach houses and two championship 18-hole golf courses and on-stie country club. Cross Country, hiking and shoeshoe trails directly from the cabin. ATV access directly from the cabin. Vehicles + equipment not provided).
PLUS, the 3-story log cabin is 100% renovated kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture, luxury linens, designer-decorated decor, decks, grill, fire pit and TOTAL outdoor recreation for all ages.
PLUS, to keep the play alive with a game room on the home property. Game room is complete with ping pong, skee ball, darts, can ball, horseshoes, bags games and more.
Access to Owners Resort amenities of Voyagers Village (renters are a "guest" of the owner), a 5,000-acre community with 5 lakes, 3 swim beaches. Boat launch at Birch Island lake (no overnight docking, these are private yearly rental slips). White sand beach, private to VV owners and guests, have zero entry swimming access to lake, picnic tables, swings, fire pit, some grills and outhouse.
Golf cart rental, pro shop, bike rental, restaurant/bar and ATV/Snowmobile, hiking and CC trails on resort premise. Most amenities are included for free use. Golf, bike, boat and ski rentals can be purchased through the Pro Shop. Most amenities may require a short drive or bike ride or bring your ATV as the whole community is ATV friendly.
ATV/UTV
Burnett County has 50 miles of Summer ATV/UTV trails; approximately 80 miles of Frozen Ground ATV/UTV trails; and 120 miles of Winter ATV/UTV trails. ATV/UTV use is allowed on designated roads in the Town of Jackson, including some paved roads within Voyager Village.
-Roads open to ATVs are posted with signs identifying them as ATV routes. See below for a list of designated routes in the Town of Jackson.
-ATVs are not allowed at Voyager Village beaches or boat landings.
-ATV use on non-signed roads in the Town of Jackson is illegal and violators are subject to a substantial fine. The Town of Jackson retains the right to rescind the use of ATVs and UTVs.
-All ATV road routes and trails are closed from April 1 to the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.
