WHAT WE PROVIDE:

☕️ Coffee: We have a Keurig combo regular drip style coffee AND K-cup brewing. We provide a start of k-cups (4), filters, and some condiments (syrups, and creamers) may be present. You will want to bring extra for your trip.

- For your convenience, we provide hand soap, trash bags, and a start of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper and paper towels. Also 1 of each travel size complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, which will be in each bathroom. You will need to bring extra for your trip.

- This property has one exterior camera overlooking the grill/driveway area for your safety.

- 4 wheel/all wheel drive recommended during winter months/snowfall.

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: We Highly Recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected travel related issues as there will be NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

• Please secure and lock pool doors at all times
• To keep the pool working properly, do not turn off the water hose/autofill
• To keep the pool crystal clear, make sure to shower prior to pool entry
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• No Running or Diving
• No glass by the pool
• Please do not share pool code with any minors

- DO NOT PUT TRASH OUTSIDE UNLESS IN OUR BEAR PROOF CONTAINERS

- CRITTERS: You will likely see and hear critters. Remember, this is a cabin in the woods/forest. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

- CHECK OUT: Instructions will be sent the day before checkout.
