We appreciate your feedback regarding the windows and doors. We intentionally leave windows open prior to guest arrivals to ensure the space is well-ventilated with fresh air, contributing to a healthy and inviting environment. It also helps dispel any lingering scent from the cleaning products used by our cleaners. As far as security is concerned, the property is located on a private road in an extremely safe neighborhood. There is only one point of access to the home—through the front gate—which is monitored by a security camera. Regarding the wooden stained glass door, it is designed primarily as an aesthetic feature, which is why the steel security door is in front of it. Frankly, adding a lock to the stained glass door would be redundant, as the security door is designed to serve that purpose. The stained glass door is more of a design element to add charm to the property, and when the security door is locked, guests are completely secure. As for the road leading to the property, while we appreciate your choice of an SUV, please rest assured that a special vehicle is not necessary. The road and turn are manageable for all types of vehicles, and low-clearing vehicles only need extra attention on the turn, which guests have navigated without any issues.
