Charm Suites Masters

Larger suite with separate bedroom and living room. Ideal for those who like to have more space and more privacy. The other characteristics are common to all other types, thus leaving the experience with us always at the same level regardless of the room choice.

We provide bed and bath linen, changed and cleaned every 72 hours. If the stay is 4 nights there will be no cleaning but only the change of towels with the room tidied up after 48 hours. We do not serve breakfast because the accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen. Check in time from 2pm and check out time until 11am.

At Check-in, Charm Bahia staff will be present to welcome guests. The structure has a 24-hour electronic concierge with access permitted through facial recognition. A selfie will be taken at check-in to grant guest access. The entire structure is under video surveillance, with the clear exception of the suites where there is no monitoring, respecting privacy and regulations on the matter.

There is no 24-hour reception and our staff is available from 8.30am until 5pm during the week, so all requests must be made by this time THROUGH CONCIERGE CHARM. After 5pm and on Sundays we only respond to emergencies.
