Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
The open, single-level layout keeps everyone connected without feeling cramped. The main living area anchors the home with a 65" HDTV, while a separate family room gives the group room to spread out. Room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning keep things cool and comfortable across every room. Two queen-size pull-out sofas - one in the living room, one in the family room - round out the sleeping arrangements and bring the home to a comfortable 10 guests.

Sleeping arrangements
Two king bedrooms each feature a private ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, and Smart TV, giving adults their own retreat at the end of a full day out. A third bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, while the fourth is designed with younger guests in mind - twin beds, themed décor, and a Smart TV all included. Families travelling with infants are well covered: a crib, Pack 'n Play, high chair, children's dinnerware, and toys and books for a wide range of ages are always on-site.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a proper family dinner. You'll find a stainless steel electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a baking sheet - along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started. Outside, a private gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area by the pool make cookouts easy, with sun loungers and outdoor furniture rounding out the patio setting.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room earns its place as one of the villa's standout features - stocked with arcade games, a ping pong table, a pool table, life size games, and a Smart TV. Streaming throughout the home covers Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, HBO Max, and Roku, all supported by fast WiFi (204 Mbps) capable of 4K streaming and video calls across multiple devices. When work can't wait, a dedicated workspace with a door gives remote workers a quiet, separate area to focus.

Outdoor space
The screened private pool and spa are open year-round, 24 hours a day. Note that pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee. A private backyard and outdoor playground give younger guests even more space to burn energy, while the covered patio keeps the outdoor dining and lounging area comfortable regardless of the weather.

Set in the Orlando Area, the villa sits approximately 10 miles from Walt Disney World and close to Margaritaville. Through the resort's shared facilities, guests have access to a gym, tennis and volleyball courts, as well as lake access and scenic walking paths for quieter moments between park days.

Good to know
Self check-in is via smart lock, with four free driveway spaces and free street parking available. The single-level layout makes moving around the home easy for all guests. Well-behaved pets up to 50 lbs are welcome. An in-unit washer and dryer are included, and housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Two exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none face inside the home. Breakfast is also provided.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
