Welcome to your serene Southwest-style retreat, designed for comfort with authentic Pueblo-style architecture and exposed wooden ceiling beams (vigas) that add rustic charm. The home features an open floor plan, comfortably accommodating 6 guests.

Living Room:
Inviting space with a cozy gas kiva fireplace, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV for entertainment (no cable provided).

Dining Areas:
Two distinct dining areas plus a breakfast bar with three stools.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with rustic wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a gas 6-burner range, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Primary Suite:
Private sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and French doors opening to the private pool oasis. The ensuite bathroom offers double sinks, a garden tub, and a modern tiled walk-in shower.

Guest Bedrooms (2):
Located on the opposite side of the house for privacy, each offers a comfortable queen bed and a Smart TV. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom.

Outdoor Oasis:
Private, gated yard highlighted by a beautiful freeform swimming pool with waterfalls. Also includes a cozy fire pit area, a patio table, loungers, and an umbrella. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.

Laundry:
A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Southwest-style home, including all bedrooms, living areas, and the private outdoor oasis with a pool. A unique access code will be provided for keyless entry, valid for the duration of your stay. Access to bedrooms will correspond to the number of registered guests.

Interaction With Guests
The host respects guest privacy but is available via message or phone for any questions, concerns, or approvals regarding parties, pets, or additional guests. Self-check-in is provided for convenience.

Please review the following important details for your stay:

- Exterior Cameras: For your security, there are exterior cameras on
the premises: one on the Ring doorbell, one in front of the garage,
and one on the back porch.
- Thermostat: The AC/Heater thermostat is located in the hallway
next to the primary bedroom entrance.
- Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi password is "Vacation".
- Extra Supplies: Extra towels and pillows are available in the hall
closet.
- Pool Maintenance: The pool service technician visits once a week
on Tuesdays or Wednesdays to ensure proper chemical balance.

Check-Out Procedures:
- Upon vacating, please complete the following:
- Beds that were slept in do not need to be made up; the
cleaning team will handle dirty linens and towels.
- Set the A/C to 75 degrees in summer months and the heater to
65 degrees in winter months.
- Turn off all lights.
- Place all debris, trash, and recyclables into the brown and/or
blue bins and place them on the curb.
- Ensure all exterior doors and windows are locked upon
departure, and leave the garage remote on the kitchen
countertop. A $50 fee will be charged if the garage remote is
not left.
- Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and the wash
cycle started.

Damages/Losses: Fees apply for lost or damaged items:
$10 per towel
$20 per linen item
$5 per broken glass/cup
$5 per broken dish
$5 per piece of missing silverware

Late Check-Out:
Any check-out after 11:00 AM will incur a $50 per hour fee.
