Welcome to your Desert Oasis! Enjoy a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor living area. This family oriented, pet friendly residence sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This allows you to keep the whole family close by in your home away from home. Centrally located, this residence is near Highway 70 and Interstates 10 and 25 providing easy access to NMSU, White Sands, Old Mesilla, Spaceport America, and more! Fully stocked kitchen, many extras including games, books, and more.

To prevent injury, absolutely no diving is allowed in our pool. Guests with conditions not safe for water activities, do not use the pool or hot tub.
Quiet hours, 11:00 pm - 8:00 am are strictly enforced. We live in a residential neighborhood and being respectful to those around us is a priority.
No parties or large gatherings of any kind. 3 cars max at any given time.

BEAUTIFUL

Oh, we absolutely loved our stay. The host was kind, responsive, and very welcoming. She even made sure our daughter had a life jacket to use during our stay! I can’t say enough positive things; clean, beautiful, a variety of snacks, warm pool even on cooler windy days. A bedroom and plenty of space (and then some) for our family of 4. We were so sad to leave. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Our host was very responsive prior to the stay as I had a million questions since this was our first time at a VRBO. The location was spot on and we enjoyed using the pool and other amenities when we came home from exploring. It's very spacious inside as well. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at your home with our two nine pound dogs. It was their first vacation and your yard is secure. Inside of home was very clean and many snacks and toiletries were available. We didn’t need the toiletries but you’ve made your home very welcoming. One suggestion is to thoroughly clean the rugs in backyard. We didn’t use the hot tub with the hot weather but enjoyed your pool. Thanks!

Above and beyond!!!

From the beginning, communication with the host was first class. She was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The property itself is too cute for words. Pictures don't do it justice. Everything has been thought of down to the tiniest detail, which is incredibly helpful especially when traveling with children. Rent this property! You won't regret it! We will be back for sure and will hope to rent here again.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and I don’t think I’ve found one with more thoughtful hosts. Everything you might need was provided - snacks, pool towels, sunscreen, insect repellent, books, games, etc. place was great, pool was wonderful, and the communication was superb.

Chihuahan desert adventures

We love staying here! This was our second time. Anytime were in las cruces again we'll be staying again. We love the enclosed courtyard for the dogs, the nice heated pool for us and the home is super cozy and there's lots of extra goodies too! Cant wait to come back!

A perfect place

Property was as described. Everything g we needed for our 2-month stay was provided. Our Hosts were extremely accommodating and gracious. They were attentive without being intrusive. The heated pool was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet. Parks just a 10 minute walk away, which our dogs enjoyed. We would definitely return.

A Great Stay in Las Cruces!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Every detail was considered and it made it so easy for us to have a quick stay in Las Cruces with our 4 year old son. The house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the heated pool was perfect entertainment for our little guy. The hosts were so gracious and provided excellent advice on what to do and where to eat. We miss the house already and will definitely return if we are in the area!

Amazing and relaxing!

This house was so comfortable and relaxing. The photos are nice but the house is much nicer in person. The beds were all so comfortable. Coffee, snacks, sunscreen, basic soaps were all provided. The outside spaces were also so comfortable and inviting. We couldn't have been more pleased!

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. The house was so comfortable with our small Australian Terrier. Doggy doors and everything. I told my 7 yr old granddaughter to have one more look around to keep the memories in her heart. She said, “Good bye bedroom with a tv.” The pool is small but was perfect for our fun.

Family New Mexico National Parks Vacation

We chose this home to accommodate our family of 5 (3 boys ages 10-14, and our dog. It was everything we hoped for and as advertised in the VRBO app.! The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated and full of amenities such as the pool, outdoor eating area with tv, flat top grill, whirlpool tub in master bath and tvs in each bedroom. The master bed was incredibly comfortable and a relief to come home to after our daily travels. We chose this location because it was in reach of multiple National Parks. Despite hot temps and occasional rain, we did everything in the area we hoped to. Even with 100 degree temps outside, the house remained a cool 72 and the evenings and mornings on the patio we so enjoyable! The pool was perfect for midday swimming! Our host Lisa, was a wonderful representative of New Mexico hospitality and answered messages so promptly! She gave us great advice for things we were looking for and their hospitality book was very thorough with information for the area. They have thought of everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

We had a fabulous time here! We fit 3 different families comfortably. The property was set up perfectly, with large tables and gathering spaces if everyone wanted to be together and spacious enough if everyone wanted to be apart. The pool was a welcome reprieve from the heat wave. Stocked with all the essentials, like coffee, to those extras, like hair pins. Thanks for providing the location for the making of wonderful memories!

We are a family of 4 humans and 8 fur babies. We are thrilled to share our home with you. We have enjoyed 16 wonderful years here and are excited for others to enjoy the hard work we have put into it. My husband and I, along with our 2 kids, are very laid back. I love traveling and creating memories with them. We get out of town every chance we get. Recently, our dream house went up for sale. I knew we had to take a risk and go for it. This is what lead us to turn our first home, the one we built at just 19 years young, into an Airbnb. We hope you and your family will create wonderful memories here and explore all that New Mexico has to offer!
