Accommodating up to 14 guests, Niblick exudes an air of refinement with its four king-size beds, a bunk room, and two inviting day beds.

The main level features a welcoming open-concept great room, a sophisticated dining area, and a chef's kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Adjacent to the living space, the deck beckons with views of the pool and the lake, providing an idyllic setting for dining al fresco, unwinding with a good book, or simply reveling in the breathtaking scenery.

Niblick on Norman's sleeping quarters are a dream come true:
* Main level king with ensuite bathroom boasting a large shower, private balcony overlooking the pool and lake, TV.
* Main level king with double entry shared Jack N Jill bathroom.
* Main level bunk room with 2 XL twins, 1 full, 1 twin and access to the double entry shared Jack N Jill bathroom.
* Two upper level kings with shared access to hallway bathroom featuring a large shower and TV. There is also a private sitting area ideal for tending to any professional obligations.
* Two daybeds in lower level living area with access to hallway bathroom featuring a combined tub/shower and TV.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
