This was a first rate stay. All summer I've been traveling and making North American bookings on both *.com and *.com websites. This was *THE* nicest and best by far.
This cottage was great! It was spacious for a family of 4. My "tween" daughters loved the upstairs loft that had two beds and a bath just for them. A short walk away are shops and restaurants. We loved Papalenos. Walmart was a short drive away. Berea is a quaint town, with very nice people.
We were quite happy the full week we stayed. Amy was a gracious hostess. Plus, her art throughout the house is beautiful.
House was beautifull, (especially enjoyed the paintings, which were as intriguing as they were stunningly beautiful!) well kept, beds were extra comfortable (as was the couch). Could not have asked for better accommodations! Excellent value for the money!
We took our shoes off at the door but by evening all noted dirty feet or socks. The floors may not have been mopped?????
Would recommend a grab bar be installed horizontally about 12 inches above the tile on the long side of the tub.
Thanks for a great place!
We enjoyed our stay at your cottage. Lots of opportunity to spend time together. Had planned to do more on foot but found the town somewhat difficult to get our bearings. The Art Fair was somewhat disappointing as it was scaled back from what was represented on line.
We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and nicely remodeled. The owner showed compassion and granted a special request to accommodate my husbandâs needs as a disabled individual! Thank you again to the owner for meeting our needs!
This is our first stay at Forest St. Cottage after previously staying at Travelerâs Cottage, owned by the same host. We may have a slight preference for Forest Stâs open living room & kitchen floor plan. Both houses are exceptionally clean and comfortable in very quiet neighborhoods...A++
Each room in this cute VRBO was nicely decorated and was a great place for a girlfriend getaway. Conveniently located near the campus, shops and restaurants. We loved the owner's colorful artwork displayed throughout the house. It was very nice and clean and I would definitely recommend this place. We realized after the first night that we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night to stay warm since it was a cold but there were plenty of blankets! One thing you need to be aware of is that there is a $10 per night fee for guests over 2 even though there are 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6.
We had everything we needed except a corkscrew. Very much enjoyed our stay.
Nice location, less than a 10 minute walk to town/campus. Plenty of parking. The house was very clean, plenty of space for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable. The entire house was thoughtfully decorated w beautiful paintings. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing missing was a corkscrew. We would absolutely recommend staying here! Iâd love to come back.
This is the second of Amyâs properties that I have stayed at and it did not disappoint. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. The location is also nice and within walking distance to campus, shops, and restaurants.
I`m sorry to say that the air conditioning was a problem. It was in the 80`s in the house most of the nights. I know Amy tried and that things outside our control pop up but it was awfully hard to sleep.
Nice residential street, centrally located. Cottage itself is a charmer, plenty of room, comfortable beds, great kitchen/dining area, everything you need for a relaxing stay.
My family and I were just passing through and this place was just what we needed. Everything was clean and inviting. Owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay again!
Perfect place for us. We needed a base to take daily motorcycle rides from. This place was perfect. Great roads around. Went to Tennessee, Virginia, West Virgina, and Ohio. House was great. Everyone had their own bed. Clean, plenty of room. Thanks amy for everything.
