Touring EKU. Very close to EKU and other options for food. Good start packs for everything. Very clean.

Sisters Weekend

We booked for a Friday night concert at Renfro Valley, we made a weekend trip out of the event and stayed two nights, went shopping Saturday at some of the shops not far from the house. The Peddlers Mall was a favorite. There’s a nice lake with a lot to do. Looking forward to a return trip!

Wonderful Experience

Jamie was amazing to work with. Was able to adjust our original stay due to flight changes. House was very clean and everything we needed for our morning coffee was waiting for us.

Sunshine through the gloom

What a warm welcoming stay this w a s. This was a huge place, and so neatly nicely done indoors. Anything we needed was here. The furniture is all comfortable and homey... Well built. Everything from the lighting to the lovely tasteful decorations. Inspired relaxation and warmth. It was cold, rainy and yucky outside.But inside was real, it really wonderful.

Fabulous place to stay for in Richmond KY

Six friends having a girls weekend. The house was excellent and very clean. Could have use a few more towels a wash cloths. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful family home

Really nice house, perfect for hosting our family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. We plan on staying here again next year.

We came in town for a quick visit for a friends wedding. This house was cute, conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. I will book this home on my next visit.

Just what we needed!!

We had been in a hotel for 4 night before we stayed here and this is just what we needed. SPACE!!!! This rental has a great design open kitchen and living room area with great couches to spread out on. The owner is fast if you have to message them as there was a tripped breaker. Check-in/out is simple and easy. Super CLEAN and convenient to get to area places. We will be back!!

We’ve stayed in this home twice. Perfect for medium size family. Conveniently located. Tub in guest bathroom don’t drain well when showering on both visits, but overall GREAT.

EKU Family

Perfect location for my events at EKU. House clean & comfortable for my family of 5. Only concern was after we unpacked & went to dinner, we returned back to find the washroom door leading to the garage open. That door locks from the outside so we couldn’t have left it open. Just hope no one entered the house after we checked in without notice.

Clean and comfy

We met some friends from Michigan for a relaxing weekend. The home was convenient and clean. The floor-plan made it easy to all hang together in the public space, but also allowed plenty of bedroom space. We all loved the covered from porch too! Host was kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Worms throughout house

Did not receive code to enter home until I text manager at 5pm the evening before check-in. We arrived to find thin worms in kitchen by frig. More every time we turned around. I text manager for assistance. Told me worms were harmless. Had lots of rain recently. No apology. Said “I suppose I could drive all the way over there to clean up with paper toweling”. By the next day worms were in every bedroom and bath. It was disgusting.

Pa to Ky and back

Very clean and well supplied. Nice front porch and comfortable seating. No problems with any of the instructions for entry or checking out of the property.
