This lovely single story home is centrally located in the heart of Berea. Our home sleeps 4 people. The space includes a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. There is a covered carport for your vehicle and 2 steps entering into the home. We only allow 4 guests to stay at our property. If more than 4 guests end up staying; we will add a $30 charge for each extra guest.
This is our second year staying at this property. Laura is just the sweetest, and we love staying in her VRBOs. This house is perfect, itâs in a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. Home away from home for a week!
The house was very clean. But had a couple complaints about the house. The tub is extremely old and is stained and has rust around drain. There weren't any extra blankets or even a extra throw blanket. Also 1 of the beds is very low to the ground.
My husband, daughter and son in law travelled to Berea for a week long event. Proximity to the college was great, but we struggled with the lack of silverware, and glassware. There wasnât a complete set of silverware so that four people could eat a meal together. There was a dishwasher, and they provided one dishwasher tab - so we had to buy dish soap and hand washed our dishes, glasses and silverware constantly! We stayed in late December, and we were cold in the night with not enough blankets so ended up bringing in the seat protector blankets from my car. Finally, in the back bedroom, there was only one working plug so I couldnât charge my phone or use it as an alarm which was frustrating. We tried to reach to owner and she eventually responded but evidently isnât local so didnât offer solutions to our concerns.
Very nice place. Roomy and very clean. Location is great to go anywhere in the Berea area. Our car sits low to the ground so if you stay here be careful getting in and out of the driveway!
The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The location is perfect. The house was comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies. Me and my kids stayed for our Mother's Day weekend trip. Definitely recommend and we will stay again when we make another trip!
Clean and neat home in the heart of Berea. Just the right size for two friends reuniting with a few others for a 40th reunion of a post-college volunteer program. Looking forward to renting again in the next few years!
We all LOVED this place! It was clean and comfortable and a perfect place fir us. One sister lives in TN and the other 3 live in Ohio and we like to take weekends to get together. This place was great! Thank you!. weekends to g
The Saturday farmers market was wonderful--Lovely Laurel was situated close to everything we wanted--it was quiet and peaceful once inside--highly recommend and would stay there again.
absolutely perfect clean, well stocked, good bed, bathroom big enough, great AC. Only issue is the step going into kitchen, very tall for old people like me.
This property is exactly as pictured. It is in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to all the things. Overall a 10/10 experience. We will be staying with Laura again!
Our stay was great! Quiet, safe neighborhood. There were a few small things that could be improved. No bathmat or hooks for robes/towels in bathroom. The floors were not as clean as they could have been and the bathtub need to be rejuvenated. Everything else was perfect.
I rented this location for my daughter and son in law for us to get ready for their wedding and then the wedding night. This place was roomy enough for bridal party to all get ready and then they were able to enjoy a night of peace after their wedding. It was a super convenient location. Very affordable and easy to access. Great job!
Cute little house. Quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Walking distance to Dairy Queen and Sonic. Comfortable beds. The only thing we would have liked is a washer/ dryer. The dry cleaners was closed and laundrymat down the street shut down.
We traveled to Berea as a family for my teen daughter to attend a camp at the college during the day. The house was as pictured and in a nice neighborhood. I appreciate the access to driveway parking. The house was clean and suited us fine. My only suggestion would be to provide more bath towels and washcloths. 3 people staying 3 nights need more than 5 towels. Overall I am satisfied and would return.
The unit is spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were convenient and sufficient for our family of 4.
The step into the house from the side door is loose and not safe and needs to be repaired. There is some rust on the bathtub drain hardware. My husband had some allergic reaction and thought there were cat(s) in the property (although the property doesnât allow pets). We were wondering if the previous guests brought pets.
Everything else was great.
The house is in a nice neighborhood, fairly close to town, and was very clean. Check in was easy and the host communicated well. The carport kept me from getting rained on a couple times. Nice kitchen appliances, loved the ice and filtered water from the fridge. I do have some issues with my back and knees and the tall step into the house was a challenge at times. The queen bed was comfortable. I did not find the couch and loveseat all that comfortable for my back. There is no cable tv but I could stream my Hulu account from my phone. Overall I would recommend it for most travelers. Berea is a neat little town to explore. :-)
